An employee of the PSC indicated that this service has become paid in the amount of 5,500 thousand tenge, without explaining that there is an alternative choice consisting in self-service without the help of PSC employees and that it will be completely free.
By such non-professional actions, PSC employees mislead all contacting customers.
After that, a negative assessment is formed about the public service provided and the competence of the PSC specialists.

I am a pensioner and a disabled person, I came to the PSC today to issue a document. I had difficulties and the employee Zhalelov helped me. He is respectful in communication, knows his job.
