If everyone in our service sector worked like Zhanna Ramazanovna, the picture would be qualitatively different. A polite, responsive leader. Unfortunately, she has to stand at the reception herself. What can we do, everything is in manual control mode. But she tries to help the client sincerely. The guys at the PSC have become more agile lately. In general, the situation is noticeably better with service than it was until recently.

To begin with, there is a manager at the reception desk, who at this time must sit in his office and coordinate the work of specialists and solve other issues.Coupons are given out for a sooo long time and it feels like customers are asking them for money in debt.Due to the fault of specialists who enter incorrect data , there are a lot of refusals at the request of various departments .The head allows himself to make comments and raise his voice at subordinates during meetings, to the whole hall, which shows all the disadvantages of the PSC's work.To get a clear answer, you need to approach ten times, or even more.There is no clear algorithm for processing various documents, new problems constantly arise.In general, I rate the work at 2
