I was not inside the building, but the locals I spoke with appreciated the work of the organization. I evaluate the building only in terms of its appearance. The giant modern structure on the embankment of the Kura River resembles a lily. It looks very pretty. However, a small cosmetic repair is required. Although the building was opened relatively recently (in 2011), the paint has already peeled off in some places on the roof. There was a pedestrian bridge in front of the main entrance, made in the same style as the building. Now the bridge is in decline, and the entrance to it is closed. These moments spoil the overall impression a little.
