It was recorded in the morning, right before recording in the evening they write that the master is ill and will not be accepted I made an appointment in advance before leaving and couldn't re-sign anywhere, so I asked to come up with something. As a result, the master was found, but the recording was postponed to lunchtime I arrived at the appointed time, the master was late, while I prepared everything, a total of 20-30 minutes passed. The eyelashes are good, they deserve these stars) everything else is unsatisfactory. During the build-up, even the manicure was not finished, although the 6-hand service involves doing all three procedures at the same time in order to save time. As a result, the pedicure was done by the master after the eyelashes, after the manicure on the same eyelash extension couch, where the body was already tired of lying and everything was numb. But it would be fine if the result justified itself ... the very next day there were chips, the manicure did not last two weeks and the coating just flew off, the pedicure leaves much to be desired. Manicure with swollen edges and detachments.. the record was for top masters, the price tag is appropriate, the quality is disgusting. No discounts were offered for the inconveniences provided, no tea / coffee ... in short, the Moscow service and quality can not be compared for sure! I wouldn't go here anymore and I wouldn't recommend it to my friends..

I strongly do not recommend master Evgeny, I have not met such boorish staff for a long time. He greets me with a displeased face, although they were warned that I would be late, nothing prevented me from canceling the recording. When asked to perform an effect, he takes passive breaths in and out. The work was done efficiently at my request, but when I noticed on the large mirrors below that the corner of my eyelashes made my eye sad, the receptionist suggested returning to the master. To which Evgenia replied to me in a rude tone and with a displeased face, "Why did you complain to the administrator, is it hard to comb them like that?". They didn't talk to me like that. On a difficult day, this situation made me cry. You are primarily the service staff, not my friends, so communicate and show your mood. I won't come back to you anymore, and my friends will also consider whether to go to your services.
