The staff of the boor asked to bring a jacket of a certain size (there was no one left in the hall), as a result, they replied that it was the end of the working day, and they would no longer bring anything, they said, we were unlikely to buy. The girl was constantly throwing contemptuous glances, and at the moment we saw them laughing at us, pointing their fingers at us. It's not a pleasant experience. I'll never go back there again.

Disgusting staff service. Consultants walk around the room with dissatisfied faces, as if they are being forced to work. Although working in this place is their own choice. But the girl at the checkout, Karina, was the most impressed. The face conveys all the negativity to the buyer, and the tone with which she talks, as if doing a favor. There was an unpleasant aftertaste after the purchase. There is simply zero customer orientation. This was my first and last trip to this store.

two stars purely for the fact that there are a couple of cool things, BUT there is simply no service , for the sake of the thing that you liked, the consultant said to look for yourself in the hall, guys, well, this is your job, I am a buyer and I leave my money with you🙏🏼 update when I bought the shoes it felt like they were super high-quality, a couple of weeks have passed and they already have cracks and laces even in the knot are untied when walking 🫤
