The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a proximity to the metro. The room stock is in excellent condition. There is a very good gym, a comfortable swimming pool, a spa area with baths. The staff at the hotel is top notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfasts at the hotel, a very good and decent assortment. The view and aesthetics of the hotel are guaranteed.

This "5-star" hotel has become a horror for me! I expected a comfortable stay, but instead I was faced with discomfort. Cockroaches are running everywhere — in the bathroom, in the rooms, and it's not just me who has this problem, my friends have the same situation + I've only just seen a couple of reviews from 2023!!!! of the year! I'm just shocked how this can happen in a 5-STAR hotel. It's just a tin can! But that's not all. The rooms don't seem to be cleaned! Dirt at every step — dust in corners, on furniture, on tables. Things and cupboards are not wiped above arm's length. In my room, half of the headboard was covered in dust! The furniture is old, worn and scratched, but if it weren't for cockroaches, then at least somehow you can close your eyes. I am terribly afraid of cockroaches, and because of this I spent a sleepless night in fear and panic. I turned to the hotel staff for help, but unfortunately they couldn't solve my problem, and as soon as I returned to my room and got out of the shower, the cockroaches also ran out of the bathroom. I was moved to another room, but what's the point if these cockroaches are everywhere, the problem is unlikely to be solved My vacation, my trip, and even my birthday (yes, it was on my birthday that I cried in panic because of my phobia) which I really wanted to celebrate here, everything is ruined. It's just terrible for a hotel with such a rating and prices. I wonder if cockroaches go as a gift to such a "service"? I do not recommend this hotel! There are cockroaches and terrible repairs, as if they haven't been working on the hotel for a long time and don't even want to solve the problems For that kind of money and the number of stars, I expected much more. I'm shocked..
