The hotel itself is large , comfortable , and representative. The rooms are clean, modern, cozy and comfortable with air conditioning, refrigerator. Transportation , shopping center , everything is nearby . The hotel is quiet, the breakfasts are delicious, the buffet. I recommend you to stay and feel the friendly atmosphere of the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel is nice, although the rooms are already old, the renovation is probably a very long process, so they drag on as much as they can. There are a lot of staff, but some kind of useless stuff, they make it clear that they are not interested in you at all. Breakfast for 4.
There are extremely inconvenient road interchanges nearby, and it's better to call a taxi just to cross the road. There is an outlet and a cafe opposite the hotel.
The hotel is still more intended for entrepreneurs, it is not suitable for tourists, the area is far from the center.

Big, beautiful, inexpensive.
The rooms are large, but tired.
A comfortable bed.
There was no toothpaste.
Out of four vials, three gel, one shampoo. They didn't bother to change the empty ones in three days.
The breakfast is good, the coffee is disgusting.
There is a taxi stand at the hotel, but when we needed a taxi at six in the morning, there were no cars. Through the porter's kick, the car arrived only after 15 minutes.
At the same time, the day before, we clarified the availability of a taxi and the possibility to order for six in the morning, we were assured that this would not be required.
There were no lunch boxes ordered the day before in the morning.
As a result, the picture is beautiful, the filling is disappointing.

I liked the hotel, I recommend it. What are the advantages: clean rooms, good repair, beautiful interior. The service is excellent! The door to our room was jammed, the master was called, after 10 minutes he came and fixed everything. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a hammam.
The restaurant has delicious fresh food.

The location is very inconvenient, there is nothing around. The view is not the same at all. In the bathroom, faucets like those of 3-star hotels are old and battered, with only a small file, a cotton pad and a cap, no brushes or paste, I'm already silent about washcloths, conditioners and body lotions. There is no bathrobe. The kettle was leaking and wouldn't turn on at all. No sound insulation, everything is audible. In general, the hotel is not 5 stars, but 3-star level. I would never have stayed there myself, but because of circumstances beyond my control, I had to move in there.
The only plus is the pillows are good.

Due to the delay of one flight and the delay for the connecting flight, we were brought to this hotel in the late evening. The dinner was rather modest, and the choice of drinks was completely limited to tea and water. But there was a shower, a bed, and a few hours of sleep, clearly more comfortable than in the hard seats of the airport terminal. Thank you to Turkish Airlines for hosting us!

Disappointed. It's clearly not 5 stars. I was in February. Cold. The heating and air conditioning system did not work or could not cope, there is no service. There was nothing, no toothbrushes, no toothpaste, no slippers with bathrobes. Even the number of towels didn't match... in general, there are no attributes of a 5-star hotel. And the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The breakfast is terrible.
After repeated requests at the reception on the third night, they brought bathrobes...
it's not 5 stars, or even 3...

It was built to serve the city airport. Fast elevators. Everything is OK in the kitchen. The windows are closed but the air is clean. It's a long walk from the subway. It's not expensive to take a taxi.

There is a spa, swimming pool, hammam, massage. not a very convenient location, because You can only drive out by car, there are no walking routes around, from the word at all. It is located close to the highway, in order to get to the cafe and THAT on the opposite side, you literally have to walk along the highway. The sewage system is lame. In the morning, the shower smells like someone died. In general, it's good, but it can be better if you consider that it's 5 stars

It's supposed to be 5 stars, but when you get into it, it only deserves 3 stars. In the past, the fact that it was close to Ataturk airport increased its attractiveness. Nowadays, there is no other advantage that it provides seriously, except that it is close to the Istanbul Exhibition Center. There are almost no social activities around this hotel that you can reach on foot. You definitely need to reach social activities through a means.

We didn't choose the hotel ourselves - a group package tour. We stayed at the Pullman Hotel for two nights. The lobby is impressive, but unfortunately the rooms are tired. The bathroom is not clean in the corners, although the towels were changed. I really liked the bed - two different pillows in texture (I slept very well). We had breakfast and dinner included, it was delicious. Since we spent the evenings after the excursions at the hotel, we were looking for something to diversify our leisure time. On the first evening we went to the hammam, the pool - the women's hammam was slightly warm, like in the bathroom, and there was no light in the sauna (. We went to the Jacuzzi - but the water is green. There was no enthusiasm before the pool. By the way, you need to buy swimming caps for 50 lire there. The next day we already decided to diversify our time by playing table tennis - new rackets, we played great. There is a large gym there- with good equipment, so you can not skip workouts.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, it was not us who chose, but the tour company. Overall, a good room, but does not pull in 5 stars, as promised by the description of the hotel. The bathroom is terribly dirty, it has never been cleaned. We moved into the room, where there were already yellow drops on the floor and toilet bowl. The washbasin was clogged, the water wouldn't leave. They asked to bring wine glasses and a corkscrew to the room - they brought several disposable cups👍🏼😂 the air conditioner cannot be switched to heat, the refrigerator also did not work. How with such service it is 5-star is not clear.

I regret to note that the quality of the hotel has fallen, even compared to the spring of 2019.
My colleague and I have been going to this hotel regularly for work 2 times a year since 2016.
It used to be a good hotel. Well-equipped rooms, helpful waiters in the restaurant.
The last time, despite the fact that we were already recognized at the reception, we were put in the opposite, literally, room (the makeup mirror was torn out in the bathroom, there was also no plunger holder with a plunger, even the toilet paper holder was broken and the rolls were standing right on the floor).
In the restaurant at breakfast (around 9 a.m.) there were a lot of tables that were not cleaned and the waiters were in no hurry to clean up. When asked to clean up, a young man with a very unhappy face simply removed the dirty dishes and swept crumbs from the table onto a chair, without bothering to bring appliances and napkins.
It is very sad to see how the quality of a once good hotel is falling!!!
