Very bad service!!! Never clean, need to call 10 times just to change towels. Never stay there, my first and last time. Personal is very rude, ignoring requests and reception never answer calls, delayed checking to 5 hours and 30 minutes

We were at the hotel on April 20, 2025. We paid them 100 percent for 3 days of stay while still in Russia, after which they immediately stopped contacting us and responding to our messages. We had to hire a person who contacted them in France and forced them to admit that they had received our money, and only after that they confirmed our reservation and sent us a message that everything was OK, we could come to their hotel. When we arrived at their hotel a month later, they said again that they did not see the payment for our room, but eventually they sorted it out after a while and still checked us in. The room was terrible, everything was in dilapidated condition, the bed was uncomfortable, it was impossible to sleep, my husband had a backache, it was decided to leave this hotel and find another one, so we found the perfect hotel with the perfect room 2 times cheaper than this one. I do not recommend this hotel, the photos of the rooms they place do not correspond to reality.

Nice hotel, in close proximity to the Eiffel Tower. The staff is excellent, the room was improved upon request. We helped with getting a pass to the hotel by car during the Olympics. The prices are not small, including for breakfast) but as they say "C'est la vie")

The location is normal, close to the tower. The view from the room is super. Breakfast is standard for this type of hotel. Parking is available for a fee. There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste in the rooms!

In a hotel with such a view, you need to stay at least one night, and throw a party, or a romantic date right on the balcony! Just take a room with a direct view of the tower! Despite the fact that the building is quite "tired", the room is spacious and in perfect order, equipped with everything necessary. The quality of sleep is excellent! I didn't go to breakfast, there is coffee, tea, a coffee machine and a refrigerator with free drinks in the room, and champagne, cheese and croissants in the next store! I recommend it!

The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars at all. With a stretch of 3 stars. It's very dirty. The breakfasts are very poor, and the products are not of high quality. The room is cleaned- make the bed and hang towels.
