We stayed at this hotel three times. He's cool. Beautiful well-maintained territory. Comfortable rooms. Vacationers of different nationalities. To reach the beach, you need to cross the roadway. The big advantage of the hotel is that it has its own "traffic controller", thanks to which you can safely cross the road, and not run between cars like a bunny. Because there is no culture of letting pedestrians pass. The meals at breakfast are quite 5. Lunches and dinners did not impress us, so we did not order them later. It is much more atmospheric to visit nearby cafes, of which there are a lot, but not forgetting about hygiene.

Nice spacious rooms with a nice design, though a little old, and a cool balcony with a sofa. The beach is right across the street with a traffic controller (there are not many people in front of the hotel), normal whistles) ❌ You will have to walk a lot), including to the shops. There's nothing to do in such a large area. Construction and repairs are everywhere, the main pool and the area closer to the beach have been closed and fenced off. There is no gloss - something is being destroyed everywhere, the feeling of an old hotel, the standard tiles in the pools look cheap, etc. The shower was leaking in the room, the refrigerator was very small, the cosmetics were not very good, the tubes were bolted to the wall. The garden pool is a little cold, the fifth point is being beaten off on the slide) There are happy hours, but the cocktails are not very tasty + the tax is added from the price to the menu. Smoking is not allowed on the premises or on the balcony. You need to sign for towels. The proprietary app does not respond in the chat even after 2 weeks.

Probably the best hotel on Karon if you want a family vacation. By local standards, the hotel has a huge territory. The hotel has several buildings built in the constructivist style typical of the 80s-90s of the 20th century. The main buildings are made of concrete, painted a light beige color and look like a large cruise ship from the outside. The hotel was built like a Hilton, apparently because of this, there is a clear desire for scale in the architecture. Despite the fact that there are many people living in the hotel, they are almost invisible due to the size of the territory. You can estimate the number of guests only during breakfast, then it becomes noticeable that there are a lot of people in the hotel. The rooms are not large, but they are not cramped either, the bathroom is large, there is a bathtub and a shower. There is no bidet or hygienic shower. The plumbing is a little tired, but it works quite well. As far as I understand, there are more recent, recently renovated rooms. One building is still closed for repairs, and sometimes you can hear the sounds of a circular saw on the balcony, but not much and not often. Surprisingly, the bed in the room is very hard. Maybe someone likes it that way, but we asked for a mattress pad to make it softer. The mattress pad is better now . I've heard the opinion that a hard mattress is the norm for Thailand, but it's not comfortable for me to sleep like this. I would like to mention the hotel staff separately. Very friendly and customer-oriented staff. None of my requests went unheeded. We changed the room because we didn't like the view from the window, the mattress pad, and other small things. We did everything, we helped with everything. There is a slight language problem for those who do not speak English, but according to other vacationers at the hotel, there are people who speak Russian well. Overall, the hotel's service is almost perfect. The food in the hotel is at a very good level. Breakfast is good, you can eat until the evening)). The set of dishes hardly changes from day to day, and it gets a little boring in the second week. We had breakfast included, so we were on almost everyone. We ate several times in local establishments. It is quite tasty, varied and well cooked, but much more expensive than in the surrounding establishments. If you're too lazy to go somewhere, it's very convenient. The beach, like almost everywhere else in Thailand, is across the street from the hotel. A traffic controller is on duty at the crossing during the day, who helps to cross the road by stopping the flow of traffic. Without him, the crossing would have been much more dangerous, Thai drivers didn't give a damn about people walking along the zebra crossing. They say it's the same everywhere in Thailand. We had a rest in early March 2025, the hotel was recommended by the tour operator! For 650 thousand rubles, we got just an outrage! Me and my baby (4 months old) They didn't want to move in before for any money! They offered to change clothes in the toilet or on the benches near the reception. The room we were checked into was just an old one! This is a 5-star premium hotel, we made an upgrade for our money! We paid about $60 extra per room per night! It's a tin can! As a result, we were moved to a new building, very reluctantly! The territory is huge and useless , the park and ponds area is not well maintained ! There are a lot of mosquitoes and so on. Everything is old , reconstruction is in full swing! The sound of construction is everywhere . There are no restaurants or a market nearby, it's a 20-minute walk to them . The hotel's restaurants are very overpriced and of poor quality!

Such an oasis in the center of Karon. The rooms are quite large, the room has a bathtub and a shower. There are bars and restaurants on the territory, but the prices will be much more expensive than in cafes on the street (the prices on the menu do not match those called by the staff). Upon check-in, they ask for a deposit, but only in baht. Since I hadn't changed the money on arrival, I asked to remove the mini-bar and I didn't have to pay the deposit. The breakfasts are good, the assortment is for every taste: if you want to drink freshly squeezed vegetable juice, if you want to eat soup or just scrambled eggs. The sea across the street is not the best, especially not in season. The area on the beach is not landscaped. Therefore, vacationers go to the right of the hotel, where there are many cafes, beaches with sun beds, or to the left towards Kata. Kata beach is good in the rainy season because there are no huge waves that knock you down and you can swim in peace. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot from the hotel to Kata. The hotel is fully consistent with both the price and its 5 stars. Of course, there are nuances, such as slightly shabby furniture, renovation on site... But the advantages completely cover everything.

There are two cafes where you can have breakfast (you don't always ask for a room, you can come in a couple of times). Cool, clean beach across the street, the sun beds were always free. You pay once and it's yours for the whole day. In massage, I recommend Fara Massage, (you can find it on the map - to the right if you leave the hotel along the beach) we were there almost every day. There is also a good rest stop along this street opposite Chekhov. Draft Guinness is a thing!!! I took the fruits at the small market to the left of the hotel, where you can also take a basket if you take it home. If your soul asks for karaoke, go to the Poet club.

Service, choice of dishes and their quality, a variety of fresh fruits, coffee, everything is very tasty! A gorgeous new gym (24-hour), very cool, expensive cardio equipment. Hammam sauna - everything is new. Water, towels from the fridge - a thrill! The room was a little tired, but the bed and linens make up for everything) The cleaning is average. There were a lot of birds, they flew in every morning at 7 o'clock for breakfast in the room (we fed them) Snow-white herons, roosters, kitties, pheasants, etc. We were on the beach once, because after the hotel we don't want to go into this fuss anymore) The contingent is good. Everyone is calm and decent. Outside the gates of the hotel, the picture changes dramatically. I advise everyone who is looking for privacy, delicious food and a reboot.

It's not worth the money! We spent almost a month here with our children and friends during the New Year holidays. The staff is friendly, but the bars/restaurants are sooooo slow (okay, this is basically a problem in Thailand, let's make a discount on it). The hotel itself is old, it is undergoing renovation, several buildings were in the process of renovation during the New Year holidays, that is, most of the vacation we listened to the sound of a drill / hammer drill / construction site. There are 4 pools on the territory, the one closest to the sea is terrible. There are terrible filters outside, the coating around the pool is a black piece of wood, it heats up in the sun instantly, the boards all fall through, you walk in shoes and think how not to fall through. The hotel also provides a system for ordering food and drinks from the bar via the phone, by scanning the QR code on the table / by the chaise longue, but it all works with varying success. Reception is a separate story. Everyone answers the same question in different ways, everyone apparently has their own information. We asked 4 times from different reception staff about the babysitters - 4 times we were told different information. Breakfasts - you'll arrive earlier than 9 a.m., maybe you'll grab something normal, you'll come later - you'll have to have breakfast than you have to))) often, normal positions ended by 9.00 - 9.30. And so - breakfasts like everywhere else in hotels - eggs, pancakes, Asian soups, fruits, etc., etc. If you are in a wheelchair or in a wheelchair, this is definitely not your hotel. There are almost no ramps anywhere, or you need to go around the paths. It's not much of a story either Baby club - 4 out of 5. For money, they will make a fake with children, the cost is from 150 baht to 350 baht, depending on the type of fake. They're great at this. But the organization itself doesn't bother much. Normally, the child was brought in, recorded, left, the child sits playing and will not go anywhere, only the parent will take him away, here you want to play, you want to leave. The children are on their own, they wanted to come, they wanted to leave. The club itself is small, there aren't many toys, but there aren't many children either, as they're just bored there. The employees of the baby club are smart, they try to entertain them, make fakes with them at breakfast, paint them, put on balloons. There are zero questions about them at all. It's more about the room itself. The advantage of this hotel is a large, beautiful territory with roosters, peacocks, fish, etc. etc. The only thing is, some of it is in a running state, but it may be intended that way. The SPA inside is sooo beautiful, massages and treatments are 4 out of 5. Room cleaning is 5 out of 5. They clean well and efficiently. In general, there are much better hotels in Phuket for this money than this one. The location may be good for someone, in the center of the traffic. But for me, it's like in Gelendzhik, tuk tuks with Russian music are just killing. But this is not about the hotel, but about Karon in general.

And when I read that there are good breakfasts here, I understand that people haven't tried anything but wobblies and beer: ( Now to the point. The hotel is not bad. The beach is across the street, the first line. The hotel has been undergoing extensive renovation for several years. The staff is lazy. You can wait more than an hour for ice in the room. The territory is large, but clueless. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory, but all are very shallow. 60 cm-1.2 m. There are sun beds, but they are not new anymore. Why is the main pool by the sea decorated with black plastic lining around it???? What would be easier to burn a leg??? It's not clear. The pool has dark tiles and is always hot. The depth is 1.2 m. Tinplate. The rooms. There is a superior without repair And a renovated deluxe. The repair is not bad, but. The toilet has both a shower and a bathroom. The question is why there is a bathroom, only if there are small children. There is no winter here. There is no wardrobe in the room. Therefore, you can hang them, but all your clothes will be in plain sight. Another disadvantage of the number is the step from the entrance and onto the balcony!!! There is a permanent construction site on the territory and this noise has been going on since the morning. I think you can find a better hotel for this money. I will not come and I do not recommend it.
