We rented a villa for 10 days. The house itself is not big, in the middle there is a large bed and a sofa for a child. There is also a tea house by the pool, with a sofa, a TV (no Russian channels found) and a table. There was a small playground in front of the pool, and we were laying towels and lying around. They clean, clean the pool, change towels, bring water - everything is without problems. There is no private beach. Nearby is the city beach, where the rods are only for guests of other hotels. We took beach towels and lay on the sea on them, because they do not allow renting rods and umbrellas. We used the Marriott's infrastructure - beach shower, toilet, no one objected. Of course, the territory of the neighboring hotels looks more attractive, but the price is twice as high. We could use our pool without restrictions and sunbathe as we like, the territory of each villa is fenced. An electric car runs around the territory around the clock, delivering guests to the cabins. Edible breakfasts, porridges, eggs, Chinese noodles - I didn't get tired in 10 days. Dinner at our hotel was booked three times, in principle, also normal, without luxury. There are five-star hotels nearby, you can have lunch or dinner with them, for lovers of Chinese cuisine, there is an outdoor night restaurant and a three-story building with restaurants and a supermarket next to the hotel. A 20-minute walk away is a hangout with restaurants, shops, and children's carousels. Ride for three minutes on one 40 yuan carousel. We took a taxi from/to the airport, and the reception staff helped us call. We also went to shopping malls in Sanya - 30 minutes by taxi. When you leave the store, taxi drivers are already catching passengers.

We stayed for one night between moving from the Hilton Hotel to the Marriott Hotel. I wanted to see it, because we read good reviews. Absolutely everything is wrong. Don't believe the reviews that you can use the Marriott deck chairs on the beach. Maybe someone will have time to put things in the sea, but you definitely won't be able to lie down any further!!!! I was vacationing at the Marriott and every day I watched how the guards calculated and did not allow me to use the deck chairs!!! The difference in the price of holidays in Pullman and Marriott speaks for it!!! We took a room. All rooms have pool views. We walked around the territory and looked at the villas. Yes, there are pools in each villa, its own small area with almost no sun. But... to fly to China and sit in the pool... albeit individually… The hotel has several small pools near the main building. The advertised sky jacuzzi seemed to me that it was equipped in the last century and has not been restored anymore! Some entrances to the pool are the same. The pool in the back of the hotel is not working! It seemed to me that it was a long way to walk to the sea. I can't say for sure, we moved to another hotel as soon as possible in the morning.

We had a vacation in January 2025. It's good that we booked a villa, not a room in the main building. Otherwise, the rest would have been completely ruined. The villa of 150 sq m is declared as 3+1. In fact, there is one large double bed in the main room, and an additional (hard and small) bed for a 16-year-old teenager was installed in the gazebo. There is nowhere to put an extra bed in the room. The villa fully corresponds to the description. Swimming pool, clean bedding and towels, bathrobes. There is a kettle and a tea and coffee making set. Cleaning was done every day. It was cleaned very well. There is an instant response to all requests. The breakfasts at the hotel are good. There is a lot of food and it is different, for every taste. Now the "cons"! They do not check in before the due time, even for the offer of an additional fee (although there were many available rooms!!). As a result, after the flight, we sat at the reception for another 5 hours and waited. The staff at the reception does not speak English or Russian, be prepared to use a voice translator (we recently visited Vietnam, there are Russian-speaking staff in any hotel). The villas are very nice and have a lot of greenery, but not in the main building. Some kind of devastation and chaos. The second line. You can easily go to the beach through the Marriott hotel, BUT the hotel does not have its own sun beds on the beach. Get ready to relax in the sand on a towel by the shoreline. And without shelter from the sun! Some adult tourists were clearly not prepared for this situation. For this reason, it is impossible to stay on the beach for a long time, it is inconvenient. We need to look for something else to do besides the beach. I recommend taking a taxi on the tour yourself. The hotel staff helps to call a taxi. All information about how and where to go is available on the Internet. We only booked the helicopter flight from the tour operator. Like it. There are numerous outdoor cafes and shops to the left of the hotel. We had lunch and dinner there. A supermarket is also nearby. The cost of lunch/ dinner per person is from 700 to 3000 rubles (in terms). Have a good rest! I hope my review will help you choose a hotel. The review is honest

It's a good hotel, it needs renovation, of course, but overall it's cool! Very green! Mango trees on the territory were plucked and eaten. Everything is good tomorrow: fried and boiled eggs, sliced meat and cheese, lots of delicious buns, noodles with and without broth, delicious juices and fruits... a lot of everything! The staff is good and responds quickly to all requests. We lived in a villa, we were asked to add a swimming pool, everything was done promptly. They clean well, they put a lot of water, not a bottle per person, but 5-7 bottles, I always report hygiene supplies, towels are changed every day. An electric car drives to the villa, quickly arrives on a call.

Villas with a tea house, gazebo and pool 4*10 Fence on all sides. Interesting breakfasts. The sea is a kilometer away.Halfway to the sea there is a Chinese store, a fruit stand and a bunch of chifanekas. Coconuts are offered everywhere. It's great for relaxing.

It was once a very beautiful Thai-style hotel. Now he's shouting about the need for restoration; everything is very worn out. The pool is generally beautiful, but the water slide does not work, again due to age. Villas are a separate world, you can live in your own house with a swimming pool, the territory is huge and the gardens in which the villas are located are beautiful. The breakfasts are unbearable to our taste, but we went across the street to the Marriott and had breakfast there, it turned out to be a great buffet. The staff does not speak either Russian or English, you need to use an electronic translator, it is very inconvenient. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, it's easy to find plastic bags and syringes in the sea, and no one removes algae from the coastline. It's beautiful to look at the sea only from afar. We wouldn't have gone a second time.

A very tired hotel far from civilization. There are no decent supermarkets nearby, just a couple of food courts with an x3-5 price tag from mainland China. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, they promised to take you on the website. In any case, do not go on a free tour, they will not show you the city, but they will sell for 4 hours: tea, cobra ointments, shark oil, and of course the genitals of seals.
