Like it. The hotel is very conveniently located to any places of interest, whether it's various taverns, shops, an exchange office, squares, parks, attractions. Nice room, bed and mattress are very comfortable, bed linen and pillows are comfortable, spacious wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. There is everything you need in the bathroom, snow-white towels, the whole set is available. For those who forgot to take a toothbrush, the hostess of the hotel prudently put a disposable one complete with toothpaste. The room is cleaned every day. The atmosphere of the hotel is very friendly and comfortable, if desired, you can order breakfast. A big plus is that for Russian citizens, payment for accommodation is made with MIR Sberbank and VTB cards. Quite an adequate price-quality ratio

Like many guests, I stayed at this hotel for an interview at the embassy. I would like to note Gulnara's cordiality and kindness, she helped a lot in solving emerging issues. The room is clean, cleaned every day, towels, slippers, toothpaste, brush, shower gel, shampoo, filtered water, electric kettle, WiFi. During the stay, the weather changed dramatically-it got colder, the heating was turned on without question.Nearby is a wonderful cafe "Paradise" with delicious national food.The result of the trip was positive, so I finished the trip with a sightseeing tour of Astana. The hotel is not for pretentious guests, the price-quality ratio is 100 percent! I definitely recommend it for business trips! Thank you, Pulsar, thank you, Astana!

Great hotel! We lived in January 2024 for 6 days. Only the most positive and kind impressions remained from the stay. A very cozy, quiet, clean hotel with everything you need. The atmosphere is calm and homely. There is a wonderful kitchen. Breakfast is provided. The rooms are warm and spacious. Filtered water is brought in every day. Many thanks to the administrators of the hotel Sholpan and Gulmira, who very politely and correctly answered all our questions, told us a lot of interesting and unknown information.
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the U.S. Embassy. Opposite the hotel there is a wonderful cafe with reasonable prices and delicious food.
I will recommend this wonderful hotel to my friends and I will be happy to come again! The trip was a success!!! I wish all the staff good luck and prosperity!

I stopped by on May 29, stopped by 4 hours earlier, paid for these hours. We met a transfer at the airport-6T tenge, and the hotel was greeted perfectly, we were fed breakfast. Breakfast is available separately for a fee. I stopped by for 6 days. I arrived at the US Embassy, it's nearby, 5 minutes on foot- They didn't give me a visa, but I stayed in the room for another 5 days. The room is cleaned every day, water is poured for drinking from the store, there is a kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, bed, wardrobe, chair, table, TV, everything is as it should be. Breakfast is rich in the morning. Everything is clean and beautiful. The service is great." The exchanger is nearby, the store is nearby. I recommend it, you won't regret it..

Hello everyone! I stayed at the hotel for five days. From February 3 to 8, 2024, the hotel is clean, pleasant atmosphere, excellent kitchen area, very beautiful tapestries and paintings on the walls. All this improves mood and creates comfort. The room is clean, warm, and has all the conditions for living. Great wifi. The breakfasts are delicious. Special thanks to the girls at the reception. They will help in any situation, they will tell you, they are very cordial and responsive! There is an embassy nearby and a great cafe with very tasty food. My journey was not overshadowed by anything! And I'm happy, I went home with a visa!!!!!! I recommend this hotel to everyone, the price and quality are the same. We stayed at this hotel with my wife from March 30 to April 5, 2024. I really liked it. The hospitable and friendly administrators Sholpan and Gulnara, who advised us on many issues, in particular on obtaining a US visa. The visa was approved for us. The room is very cozy and warm. Shower, TV, electric kettle. The linen is clean, the room was cleaned daily. There is a cookery nearby where you can buy various salads, pies, meat and fish products. If desired, breakfast can be ordered at the hotel for a nominal fee. The prices for accommodation are acceptable. I recommend this hotel to those who are going to the US Embassy for an interview. A great hotel. We stayed from April 15th to 20th. The rooms are clean, wet cleaning every day. Very friendly administrators Gulnara and Sholpan. You can order breakfast from them. There is a microwave, an iron in the hallway, a hairdryer and a kettle (in the room).We went to the mosque for lunch, opposite the US Embassy. Inexpensive and very tasty, a large menu. Solid three-star. Very friendly staff, convenient location. The only drawback is the poor sound insulation between the rooms. And when ordering, you need to specify whether there is an air conditioner in the room. I did not specify and lived in a room without air conditioning, but nevertheless it was comfortable in the heat outside.

Хороший, чистый отель. Очень удобное месторасположение, если вам требуется визит в Американское посольство. Буквально пешком 10 минут до визового отдела. В номере полулюкс тихо, просторно. Тёплая вода, хороший ремонт в санузле. Впечатления остались только положительные.
Единственный нюанс - дважды недодали наличку в сдаче, приходилось возвращаться. Может я легко заболтался, может тема для разговора каждый раз попадалось хорошая, может просто устал :)
Но на мой взгляд с этим нужно быть немного более внимательными, иначе у гостей неизбежно останется легкий осадочек.
Отель рекомендую однозначно, но с оговоркой - лучше платить безналом.

Обслуживание на высоком уровне! Персонал компетентный, тактичный, отзывчивый, вежливый! В номере всегда было чисто, уютно, всё необходимое в наличии. Поразило, что тихо, расположение гостиницы очень удобное, нет уличного шума! Магазины в шаговой доступности, еда вкусная и качественная, обеденная зона прекрасно оборудована, есть микроволновка. Очень довольны, что мы выбрали гостиницу «Пульсар», рекомендуем всем, в том числе друзьям! Спасибо персоналу!

Filtered water was brought daily and wet cleaning was carried out. Administrators Sholpan and Gulnara turned out to be on top, who always provided any help. A five-minute walk away is the US Embassy, where we got a visa. A very convenient neighborhood for visitors on this issue. There is a shop near the hotel where you can buy everything you need: delicious pastries, salads, pies at an inexpensive price. A shuttle service can be arranged from the airport. I recommend this hotel!!!

Прекрасное соотношение цена-качество.
Очень удачное расположение отеля.
Есть возможность посещения различных местных достопримечательностей не только на такси, но и на автобусах, остановка которых в шаговой доступности.
Мне было здесь комфортно и приятно находиться!

Выбрали этот отель, так как он рядом с посольством США, 8 минут прогулочного шага. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество.В номере все необходимое есть, отдельное спасибо за удобную кровать. Особая благодарность Гульнаре, которая нас встретила и заселяла в номер.Доброжелательная, спокойная, отзывчая. Все наши просьбы были услышаны: замена перегоревшей лампочки, большое блюдо для арбуза, завтрак в 7.45. Завтрак за отдельную плату, вкусный по-домашнему. Мне очень понравилась тактичность Гульнары, ни одного лишнего вопроса о цели нашего визита, хотя практически все гости приезжают за визой. И только когда мы вернулись после интервью, спросила:"Получили?" Проживали с 12 по 15 июня. Рекомендую отель, если едите за визой.

Отличный мини-отель, доброжелательные хозяйки на ресепшене. Номер был рядом с ресепшеном, провела 2 ночи спокойно, как оказалось отель был заполнен полностью, на 3- ю ночь был заезд новых постояльцев, звук не мешал, но свет в коридоре горел почти всю ночь и так как дверь это чередование деревянных полосок и непрозрачного стекла, то если бы не было у меня маски для глаз, спать бы свет мешал.
Номер большой, кровать удобная, одеяло тёплое, белье чистое и мягкое, в номере есть еще диван.Каждый день на подносе кувшин с чистой водой, в чайнике тоже налита вода. 3 полотенца в ванной комнате, душевая кабина, тюбики шампуня и геля для душа, зубные щётки с пастой. Все чисто и аккуратно, уборка каждый день. Шкаф с зеркальными дверцами. Утром можно съесть горячий завтрак.
Все кто жил в одно время со мной в отеле получили визы, так что отель счастливый для соискателей.

Otherwise, it is an institution with "tired" repairs, inflated prices, a strange configuration of the building, where the room window opens onto a small backyard covered with a canopy, and the door is in close proximity to the reception. And thus, the guest profits from his desire to be aware of all the affairs of the hotel:-)
If you are not picky from the word "at all" and you need to settle as close as possible to the US Embassy - this hotel is for you.

Уютный отель, тихо, чисто! Приятные девчата на ресепшене, отвечают на все заданные вопросы, помогут с небольшими проблемами. Горячий завтрак и рядом ресторан и кафе с приемлемыми ценами. Рекомендую.
