I've been going to this studio for Pilates with Sophia for a year now. I like it so much that I find the strength to get up early in the morning and come to classes by 8 a.m.))
The training is varied, we use a lot of different equipment, it feels like everything is thought out. And Sofia is very attentive, she tells everyone if something doesn't work out.
The hall itself has everything you need for classes, shower, toilet, water boiler, lockers.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, everything is neat and clean.
