I've been going to the Pulse Club for over a year. It was difficult to get used to the new rules. Before that, I had been visiting another club for a long time, where everything was democratic and I could easily earn a pass on any day and time convenient for me. It's different here, but everything is orderly and clear. I already understood the principle, I got involved. But everything is in order! The toilet and shower are always perfectly clean and have everything you need. Lots of sports equipment!I miss active strength training. You can't get into the soft group, there are always places occupied. I also don't want to get into Sofia's Pilates classes, but I would like to. A very professional trainer who gives good loads! While I'm going to yoga classes and Pilates at Yana's. I'm having fun too. I recommend the club! I want to wish you more opportunities!..

I really love this studio. I've been doing Pilates there with Sofia for about 6 months. She's a great coach. She is always very attentive to each of us. Clearly states how to perform the exercises. He comes over and corrects us if we are doing something wrong. Each lesson takes place with a new tool (body bar, ribbon, dumbbells, fitball). I highly recommend this studio. There are good trainers here, it's always clean, and there are various classes both in terms of fitness and exercises. I've been going to this studio for Pilates with Sophia for a year now. I like it so much that I find the strength to get up early in the morning and come to classes by 8 a.m.)) The training is varied, we use a lot of different equipment, it feels like everything is thought out. And Sofia is very attentive, she tells everyone if something doesn't work out. The hall itself has everything you need for classes, shower, toilet, water boiler, lockers. The atmosphere is very pleasant, everything is neat and clean.
