March 16, 2017
The hall on 54 Gagarin Ave. He started going to the gym in November 2016. In many ways, the hall was satisfied. The location, area, and quality of the locker rooms and exercise equipment. There was one significant BUT. During the period from November to March, there was no hot water in the hall on the days of my visits alone 3 (three) times. Every time there was no water in the hall, I wrote an appeal to the club's management to raise this topic. The first 2 times I was informed what the passage was for the first time (the first one is called :))). The last time there was no water due to a broken cable (according to the administration). - For the first time, the club behaved very well, making a 50% discount for the next month (apparently this discount gave the right to continue not to solve the problem with water) - There was no reaction the second time. - For the third time, the owner of the club Ivan personally called me and in a rather boorish tone began to read me out about the fact that I was behaving differently from all clients who were satisfied with the situation with a cold shower. And I, as the most uncooperative, attack the administration through a complaint book and focus on the problem. Apparently, I am forbidden to behave like this for paying money. Or maybe this is a business model from Ivan and at all times no one wrote to him about the disadvantages in the complaint book =) Obviously, pointing out by the client (me) to obvious problems in the service for this club and for Ivan in particular (and I remind you, the client pays money and pays them for the market level of service in the club at a market price) is a sore spot, unfortunately. And hot water in the cold period in the hall is a must have! Frankly speaking, the most surprising thing was the manner of communication of Ivan himself and the fact that Ivan quite admits in conversation that the client is unlikely to return to him. Moreover, one spoiled customer can have a greater impact on the reputation of the club than 5-10 satisfied ones. Now about the problems in the hall itself, since the owner himself talked to me and considers such communication to be the norm: - from a large number of people, lockers were added in the men's locker room (thanks). But there was very little space. They began to mock each other on their heads. Now the locker room has been renovated and it has become even worse. - with a crowd of people (and without a crowd, too), ventilation does not work well in the hall. It's getting stuffy. The windows will not open at the same time. - a constant queue for tenagers - well, the frankly boorish behavior of the owner Ivan. All the best and good luck. I'm changing the gym.
