Everything is fine in terms of prices and sales, but all the problems in the service center are crossed out, 2 laptops with the same problem were handed over under warranty, they were transferred by the Pulser service to an authorized RSS service - which requires money for repairs, and in case of refusal - to pay for diagnostics, the question is where is the warranty repair? Pulser does not take responsibility, they drag out the bureaucracy, they do not want to take responsibility, although according to these laptops Alsi is still working with which there were no warranty problems on my memory, the service itself decided to send to RSS

One of the oldest companies in the Almaty market, Logycom's main competitor in the past, has a fairly good choice of components, but the company is still focused on budget brands rather than if we take, for example, the White Wind company. The disadvantages that I see in this company, when will you guys finally get out of the basement? There must be some kind of development in this direction, it is also surprising why a chain of stores has not appeared in 30 years since everything is so good. Further, there are disadvantages to returning, for example, if you buy a hard drive here and open the package, you will not be able to return it. There is no such thing in the White Wind. Minus the long delivery in Almaty, I ordered something for delivery, it took 3 days! Many companies are now delivering day to day! The verdict is a good old company, but it did not get out of communism!
