My parents ordered flowers for me as a gift: they brought everything in tape, flowers of different heights in a bouquet, I wrote to Instagram calmly to inform them about the problem, in response only aggression and hints that I was some kind of problematic client. I had to disassemble the bouquet and reassemble it, because half of the flowers simply did not reach the water. The courier just called and said, "I'll be there in 5 minutes," and when I objected that I wasn't at home right now, he hung up.
