We spent 3 weeks determining what the phone's problem was, and eventually they said that we need to order a new sensor and wait for it indefinitely. I took the phone and took it to another workshop where it was built in 30 minutes!!!The problem was that the sensor cable was gone and there was no need to change anything at all!and it turns out that the phone was not even opened because the seal was not even torn off.

Disgusting service center. I regret that I applied. The phone was repaired for more than 6 months and eventually turned over to non-working ones. They put up an amount more than the cost of the phone :) To re-fix the failure. I wrote a complaint, my complaint was not answered!!!
