I often come for customs clearance. In my opinion, this is the best customs in Belarus - they work fast, the parking lot is huge! I would also like to note the politeness and professionalism of the security staff, who independently accept documents and issue passes at night, as well as help to park. Once I lost my wallet on the territory, but I was already in Brest. Someone from the security staff found it, found out my number, called and returned it.

Fast customs is good. Polite staff. They give out vests if they don't have one of their own. Loaders work like on a conveyor belt, very quickly and professionally. They help with the paperwork. The operators are also polite

I have been to this customs office several times, came for unloading. It was unloaded for a long time and stood for several days. There is a decent toilet on site. There is a cafe - canteen nearby, open from 12 to 15. You can choose to eat, but if you come after 13:00 there will be nothing left. There are no shops nearby.

Uploaded there on 11/27/2023. Everything was quickly processed and uploaded. Literally 2 hours for everything (to stop by, register, load up and leave). The playground was relatively clean, although it was snowing and the wind was strong. Knowing what customs is, everything turned out quickly. The staff are polite, friendly, always tell you where to go and what to carry.

Выкинули документы. Это просто днище, а не компания. Сказали, что этот бред прописали в договор и спустя 10 дней выкидывают документы на приход товара из-за рубежа!!! Почтой высылать ума не хватает, его хватает только выкинуть документы! То есть если у вас товар по каким то причинам задержка при растаможке и вы не успели забрать документы в течении 10 дней как заехала машина, они их выкинут, причём отмечу 10 дней с момента приезда машины, а не растаможки! Караул, выкинуть документы, вы там под чем работаете????

Хорошая таможня, растамаживать могут быстро, могут не очень, всё зависит от получателя,большая территория для парковки автомобилей, есть нормальный туалет и умывальник с горячей водой.

Таможня как тюрьма, охрана как собаки бегают, вынюхивают, высматривают где и что происходит. За каплю масла под машиной будет огромный скандал, с уборкой и мытьем асфальта, нет ни кафе, негде перекусить.

Территория плохо почищена от снега. Подъезды к рампе очень плохие( гололед). Продление «таможенного свидетельства» , процедура не особо долгая. После подачи документов таможня делает все быстро. Чистые туалеты.
