We stayed here for 2 weeks as a mother and child. We walked to the sea at a steady pace of 25-30 minutes, we were not bothered by walking, we were used to walking wherever possible. We traveled long distances by taxi. The deposit is 500 baht per key. The hotel is wonderful: quiet, calm, cozy. There is a swimming pool, sun beds on site. The bungalows are detached and have air conditioning, a safe, a kitchenette with a microwave and kettle, a sink and dishes. Bottled water per person and instant coffee are replenished every day. Everything is clean, cleaning every day and always decent! They respond promptly to any requests and questions and are always eager to help, very friendly. Near the hotel there is a 3-minute walk to lotus (they accept foreigners.cards for any receipt), market - Monday/Thursday, 7/11 in the opposite direction (cards from 200 baht) - 7 minutes on foot, ATM. Thanks to all the staff and the hostess of the hotel for our time in this beautiful hotel, special thanks for the thermometer in our difficult situation and care. We wish you prosperity and wonderful guests! I recommend it if you appreciate silence, tranquility and relaxation.

There is a swimming pool, excellent value for money, towels are cleaned and changed every day, bed linen is provided every two days, the villas are spacious. I recommend it!

Location: -The location allows you to get to Kata within 5 minutes, 7-8 minutes to Karon and further above. -There is a night market nearby, a 15-minute walk away. I must say it is small, but there is everything to eat and drink delicious food. -Check-in at the guesthouse is inconvenient, since you can easily skip a small street if you are driving. I'm used to only taking 4-5 days off. Service: The house has everything you need for spending the night, cooking and relaxing by the pool. Cleaning is stable every two days with a complete change of linen, towels and toilet paper, even if it is not over. Every two days, they replenish your refrigerator with two bottles of water: a trifle, but it's nice. Number: The beds are great (I had a room by the pool) The kitchen allows you to cook (on gas) The air conditioner is tired, but working. I can definitely recommend it. In terms of price-quality ratio, it is one of the best options. I booked 2 months in advance. The lower the price, the more you drop it in advance. Have a good rest!

It's a very cool place. At first we saw it at the booking office, the day before we left another place we stopped by to chat and it turned out to be cheaper to rent. Separate clean, cozy, large houses for a couple, as there is only a double bed. Of course, you can bring an inflatable one and then you can fit in. The bedroom is large with a wardrobe, bedside table and dressing table. A hall with a table and chairs, a small kitchen. The only thing is the toilet sink is broken and there are very few dishes. You can ask the receptionist for a frying pan and you can live. There is a swimming pool, it stands a little apart from the houses.

I took a family room, a large 3 rooms, a kitchen, a living room, 2 baths, a swimming pool, everything seems to be not bad...but it would be necessary to update, the mattress is not comfortable, the air conditioners do not work well, the windows do not close well, you can hear the road, there are mosquitoes, the place is extremely inconvenient if you walk, there is nowhere to go at all and everywhere is far away...Well, if you don't have a goal to go along the path to the big buddha, it will be fine there. There is parking. In 4 days, I drove around on Google maps, it's not clear where to turn off, I wouldn't go a second time. The photo does not match at all, well, maybe it was 7 years ago, right now it seems like it is, but without novelty and Photoshop.
