Buffet breakfasts are served in the restaurant - everything is fine there, there are no questions, but I would not recommend going to the Pushcha restaurant for lunch and dinner, as the price tag does not match the quality. We took a salad with crab and beans - crab, that is, but it felt like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator and nothing in this salad combined with each other, and we also took borscht (more than 300 grams)- delicious, but a lot of potatoes, carrots (apparently they finish off the weight) and large sliced vegetables like pigs. My husband also took a duck, but did not give any special comments. I would also like to note the lack of awareness of the staff about their dishes: we asked the waitress what a "washcloth" was, to which she replied: I'm Russian myself and I don't know, but it's something about meat. Of course, we found out the essence of the dish later in another place, but at the moment it was very unexpected.

We were on the road, checked into a hotel, decided to have lunch. Our order was accepted at 4 p.m., the drinks arrived 10 minutes later, and we didn't see our waiter again. After 40 minutes, another waiter girl was called over, and some kind of stirring began. When asked where our order was, there was a reference to large orders in the kitchen (and this is a lie - with an empty restaurant hall and a time period when lunch was over and dinner had not started yet!). Then we talked with the restaurant manager.… In general, after 45 minutes, they began to give us our order, or rather hastily prepare it. The order included fried walleye with potato grater, a dish from the national cuisine menu. I felt ashamed for such a national cuisine. The pike perch is dry (probably frostbitten), with a pungent odor and a taste of river fish (the cook was probably too lazy to remove it when cooking with lemon or onion). Gratin is just as disappointing... they don't know how to cook it here. As a result: the food is at the average canteen level. I do not recommend having lunch and dinner here: it is long and tasteless.
