Buffet breakfasts are served in the restaurant - everything is fine there, there are no questions, but I would not recommend going to the Pushcha restaurant for lunch and dinner, as the price tag does not match the quality. We took a salad with crab and beans - crab, that is, but it felt like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator and nothing in this salad combined with each other, and we also took borscht (more than 300 grams)- delicious, but a lot of potatoes, carrots (apparently they finish off the weight) and large sliced vegetables like pigs. My husband also took a duck, but did not give any special comments. I would also like to note the lack of awareness of the staff about their dishes: we asked the waitress what a "washcloth" was, to which she replied: I'm Russian myself and I don't know, but it's something about meat. Of course, we found out the essence of the dish later in another place, but at the moment it was very unexpected.

We were on the road, checked into a hotel, decided to have lunch. Our order was accepted at 4 p.m., the drinks arrived 10 minutes later, and we didn't see our waiter again. After 40 minutes, another waiter girl was called over, and some kind of stirring began. When asked where our order was, there was a reference to large orders in the kitchen (and this is a lie - with an empty restaurant hall and a time period when lunch was over and dinner had not started yet!). Then we talked with the restaurant manager.… In general, after 45 minutes, they began to give us our order, or rather hastily prepare it. The order included fried walleye with potato grater, a dish from the national cuisine menu. I felt ashamed for such a national cuisine. The pike perch is dry (probably frostbitten), with a pungent odor and a taste of river fish (the cook was probably too lazy to remove it when cooking with lemon or onion). Gratin is just as disappointing... they don't know how to cook it here. As a result: the food is at the average canteen level. I do not recommend having lunch and dinner here: it is long and tasteless.

The place is generally nice, everything is on the plus side! I want to share an unprecedented case in this institution. We are three women with three children who came to have lunch. The establishment has doors that look like an exit to the courtyard. There are no signs on the door indicating that this is a fire exit. We went out through that door, and a minute later a man without a badge ran up to us and began to harass us in a very rude and raised tone for going out that door. He did not respond to the request to calm down and move away and continued to be rude! The children were scared, our mood was ruined thanks to this man who, as it turned out, is the manager of the institution! When asked to introduce himself, he initially refused, and later deceived with a name! We believe that it is unacceptable to keep such employees!

Draniki without any comments at all, the feeling that they were chewed ... in the end, they remained hungry. It's not surprising that the waiters don't ask if they "liked everything," because they already know everything. It's a pity we didn't read the reviews in advance.

Cucumbers and tomatoes are not the first freshness, cabbage salad with carrots and pancakes left over from breakfast; one type of soup is tomato; for hot: pilaf with beef (meat is rubber, rice is over-dried), fish meatballs (over-salted), mashed potatoes; coffee from the machine. I've never eaten so badly in a hotel that calls itself a four-star hotel. And hopefully for the only time in my life. By the way, breakfast for hotel guests is also strange. Yesterday was Easter and there were not even boiled eggs, and those that we asked to cook were brought with a broken shell during cooking.

It will do for breakfast at the hotel, but no more. I stayed at the hotel for a little over a week and managed to go to this restaurant several times. There are almost no complaints about breakfast, there is a lot of varied food. Except that I can note that they are not very friendly with pastries here, they are all overexposed. But if you don't go to breakfast, but just visit a restaurant and order from the menu, questions begin. First, the speed. Carrying the juice for 15 minutes is a very long time. Secondly, the order of submission is not respected. If I order a cold snack and a hot one, I expect that a cold snack will be brought to me first. Hot dishes are brought in 30 minutes, cold snacks even later. It doesn't really fit with the workload. Each visit was occupied by a maximum of 3-4 tables. I wouldn't find fault with the speed if there was a full landing, but there isn't one. There are also complaints about the quality of the food. The chicken is dry, and so are the beef cheeks. The mussels were not served with a separate plate where they could be folded. Vegetable stew with olives was added to the chicken, which is impossible to eat. Most of the dishes are simply tasteless. Something dry, something overexposed, everywhere they like to add more olives. In half of the cases, the waiters are not very competent in helping with the selection of dishes. When ordering meals in the room, according to the same menu, the situation does not change, 90% is simply tasteless. I was unpleasantly disappointed with the pancakes, which were quite tasty at breakfast in the same restaurant, but turned out to be inedible with a separate order. In addition to breakfast, the establishment also has the option of citylanches. An amazing attraction, it costs 1200 rubles per person and should work every day from 12:00 to 15:00. The same buffet as for breakfast. In 10 days of rest, we managed to get there only twice. Once it did not work without explanation, the second time it was closed due to an event, then apparently because of a lunar eclipse. The dishes are also very mediocre, dry, bland and not particularly tasty. Unfortunately, there are almost no other alternatives in the area and sometimes you have to come here. But the experience is extremely unpleasant

You will eat better at the neighboring KFC - everything is so bad. Such a restaurant should close immediately after breakfast and in no case try to cook something else. Risotto with shrimp is porridge on water, without wine and traces of parmesan. Absolutely tasteless something with rotten overcooked shrimp. Cheeks in wine sauce - the wine was not nearby when cooking, it was brought cold. Bottom line - the institution can be useful if you want to fill your stomach, provided that you haven't eaten anything in the morning and don't want to leave the hotel. In another case, pass by, it will taste better in any institution. And finally, we waited 40 minutes for these culinary masterpieces with less than 25% load.
