But there is one BIG problem, it's the staff, as if they are being held hostage and working for food. only once did I get to a girl who was friendly, polite, took into account all the wishes and suggested good Wines that exceeded expectations, and so I usually go in, say hello, and in response, silence, as if I said into the void (although they were sitting and not doing anything), I leave - Thank you, goodbye, and silence too. Some people can sometimes (!) say goodbye when they punch at the checkout, but this is an exception. The guy in tattoos sometimes seems to be deaf and dumb and is forced to work for free. He can recommend absolutely nothing. I asked about the draft beer, which one was fresh, which one I would recommend, and the answer was, take what you like. Seriously?! Is this the consultant's response? Another time I asked if the beer was fresh, but the last time I took it and it was already sour, the answer was yes, it was fresh. I brought it home, and it's already sour. I mean, it was the same keg as last time, and it just turned sour. That is, a person doesn't give a damn about the reputation of both his own and the store, he made a profit on beer and is free. And after that, frankly, I want to go on. I put 3 only out of respect for the owner, who tries to keep both the assortment and the prices, but does not pull above 2 stars. Just go in quickly, buy a beer from the fridge and leave. I stopped bottling it so as not to spoil my mood. Reading the reviews, it's like we're talking about different stores, or I'm lucky for these shifts.
