This is not the first time we celebrate family holidays in your institution. The cuisine and dishes in general are very tasty, the chef is gold, the staff is responsive and kind, with the exception of the manager Anna. 08.11.2024 on 09.11.2024, we ordered a table and a menu for the anniversary, and when making an advance payment (treasure), the manager Anna informed that the juices from the menu were not available and that they could be purchased independently and brought to the cafe in advance, which was done. At the time of the celebration, Anna, the manager, by her order, could not stand our alcohol and juices, saying that juice appeared in the cafe and it had to be paid for, but her juice was not allowed. Such tactless and non-client-oriented behavior spoiled the mood of the jubilee, as the manager, instead of settling the misunderstanding, began to sort things out with the customer in front of the guests. I put two stars only because the manager Anna arranged a showdown at the beginning of the celebration, and also refused to give the complaint book and the contact of the cafe owner to clarify the details. There were no prices for the offered juice in the cafe menu, as I attach a photo. If the manager stays in your cafe, then you risk losing regular customers.
