Difficult experiences. Everything seems clean, delicious, pleasant rooms, a good buffet, 2 swimming pools, access to the beach, bowling, children's entertainment, sauna.
But there is one fat minus - the staff. No one told me anything, showed me anything, explained anything. Do you want a corkscrew? Go look for it yourself. Do you want to go bowling? Wait an hour for the person to have dinner. Do you want a sauna? Go find someone to turn it on for you. Where can I have breakfast? Well, you'll find it yourself, as well as the room you're going to live in.
The information on the counter is "beds are free", as a result they are kicked out, although everything around is empty.
It seems like I liked the hotel, and everything was delicious, but the staff generally does not seem to know what they are doing here and why

This is probably the end of all good things. Only one key card is given for 1 number. There is no hot water, the room was poorly cleaned (so much so that there was a label under the bed. In the room for 2 there are 2 small half-liter bottles of water, 2 coffee, 2 tea (cheap), 2 pieces of sugar (usually they put 2 of these for 1 cup of tea). They probably haven't heard of dry cream. A coffee machine is probably a luxury for this hotel.
For the same money, archazor is better.

A large area for walking, a great clean beach, sun loungers, umbrellas. Good breakfasts. But the room cleaning leaves much to be desired. Our room had stale bed linen with stains. The plumbing is loose. We wanted to play bowling, but it only works from 18 o'clock. We arrive at 18 o'clock, but the employee is not in place, we searched for him through the reception for 30 minutes. I liked the children's play area outside.

In the summer, it was cold for me personally to swim on Charvak, but they have an awesome huge pool. It's a good place to have a great time. For the price, it's expensive, just like everywhere else))

Pyramids are called this complex because of the shape of the buildings of the hotel buildings. The new owners did their best, comfortable and smooth roads, landscaping, white sand was sprinkled on the beaches and sun loungers with cabanas were installed, the rooms and furniture were updated. In general, they created a semblance of a foreign resort at the level of Sharm al-Sheikh. The complex also has a large dining room, although I did not stay in the rooms after updating this location and did not buy a ticket to this resort since the prices are relatively high. If the financial component is not fundamental, then perhaps one of the most advanced resorts in Uzbekistan

They asked us to put the food in the refrigerator, they returned only half of it to us
Moreover, the products were not cheap, they ate 500 thousand of us. When asked the reason for where the products went, they heard "we don't know." We did not raise a scandal because of this, we did not want to spoil our mood.

The location of the hotel is very advantageous. But there are certain disadvantages.
We booked 2 rooms for 2 families.
Upon arrival, we were informed that the cost of additional seats is added to the booking price. They didn't bother to figure it out, they paid for it. Later, I found on my e-mail the details of the reservation from the hotel, where all additional seats are included in the stipulated price. I went to the administrator, the money paid for additional seats was returned. The reason for this incident was not really explained.
As a result, extra beds and towels for children were carried for half a day. Towels were brought after dinner.
There is a problem with water in one of the rooms. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's cold. It is impossible to wash . The problem was not solved, we all washed in one room.
In general, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are outdated. The view from the room is excellent, overlooking the mountains and the reservoir.
Breakfast is so-so. The dishes are cold (despite the fact that breakfast only started at 8.00, and we arrived at 8.15), waffles and buns are stale, porridge is only semolina (very sweet). Instant coffee!!! There is no coffee machine for breakfast.
We had dinner at the Sohil restaurant. The serving of the dishes is beautiful, but ... for example, the assorted kebabs taste like yesterday's, dry and cherished.
In the afternoon we took pizza at the pizzeria. Cheese went to everyone, the rest - not so much.
The pool is cold, I don't know what the temperature is, but it's cold for me. The water of the reservoir is also cool. In addition, looking at the beach, it is clear that water was discharged and part of the bottom was exposed. I can say that special shoes are needed for swimming, so as not to get hurt.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, well-groomed, it is very pleasant to walk.
When we went to the hotel, we thought to extend it for another day, but after checking in, we changed our mind.

В самой гостинице не были,снимали тапчан у водохранилища Чарвак. Ребят,красота неописуемая! Горы, Чарвак,природа...просто слов нет как там красиво. На территорию Пирамид вы,конечно,бесплатно не пройдёте,но по нашим российским меркам плата небольшая ( мы заплатили по 10000 сумм с человека за проезд на территорию),плюс 100000 сумм аренда тапчана. Туалет платный( 2000 сумм), берег неухоженный, мусор после отдыхающих,но !!! прекрасный чудесный Чарвак перебивает все минусы!)) До Пирамид добрались из Ташкента на местном Яндекс такси( 190 000 сумм)- обратно ехали на этой же машине( можно договориться с таксистом,это будет удобнее и дешевле,чем добираться обратно с местным таксистом) Берете с собой еду,напитки и вперёд 👍Лучше ехать туда в будний день,народу меньше,и вам будет комфортно))

Гостиница после кап.ремонта. Номера хорошие, брали номер люкс на 5 этаже, вид просто потрясающий. Стоимость за день в выходные 300$, завтрак включён. Белье, полотенце все новое. Место для тихого семейного отдыха.
