One of the worst Iqos stories in Moscow they don’t respect foreigners and I have been there customer for a long time and I spent lots of money there and still most of the time they won’t see me any thing they say you should wait 30 min or they are talking or cleaning iqos devises and I want to buy stiki and they won’t sell they say go and come later or they are busy really bad customer service and it can happen every day if I go there why they are open of they don’t want to sell ???

Замечательное место. Хорошо, что по дороге на работу есть этот островок в ТЦ. Прекрасный персонал в лице Ивана, Андрея и улыбчевой Ланы) , добрые, дружелюбные, вежливые. Всегда спросят как дела, как работа и тд. Ни каждый продавец будет это делать!!! После обновления островка всегда предлагают кофе, водичку, пока оформляется покупка или чистка. Всегда чистка происходит быстро и качественно.
