Basically just a fortress. You can go inside (6 manats), climb the tower, go down into a small dungeon with an exhibition of archaeological finds. You can't walk on the walls. There is also an archaeological museum on the territory of the complex. You can get there yourself from the Koroglu metro station by bus 141e to the Nihat Market stop, which is a construction market, and you can walk in 15 minutes (you can set a route using Yandex maps).
