On September 2nd, at 02:00 AM, on the Qanot Sharq flight from Tashkent to Nha Trang, Vietnam, I experienced highly unprofessional service from one of the flight attendants. A male crew member of Turkish nationality, who had a beard, was extremely rude. Each time he passed through the aisle, he pushed passengers aside without any courtesy. Such disrespectful behavior is unacceptable for a cabin crew member and raises the question of how he was allowed to represent the airline in this manner. Staff like this should not be working in passenger service. In addition, the aircraft itself was outdated and lacked basic facilities such as charging ports for electronic devices, which are considered essential in modern air travel. This not only caused inconvenience but also left a very poor impression of the airline’s service quality. I strongly urge Qanot Sharq Airlines to review this matter seriously, take disciplinary action against the staff member involved, and upgrade its fleet to meet modern standards. Passenger comfort and respect should be the airline’s top priorities.
