On November 18, the airline actually canceled the flight from Sheremetyevo to Doha. The reason is a technical malfunction. I kept the passengers without information, they didn't give me water, they didn't tell me about the possibilities. The suitcases were handed out within a couple of hours. Elderly people and children waited in the room near the oversized luggage for several hours. All connecting flights have taken off. Most of them have problems with hotels. The airline did not provide a document confirming the cancellation of the flight.

Unfortunately, I did not see anything in this company for which it is called the best. Among the advantages are food and drinks on board, and monitors where you can watch a movie or cartoon. Otherwise, it's terrible. We chose a Qatar flight from Russia to Sri Lanka with a transfer in Doha, and on the way back they increased our connecting time by 4 hours, to 12 hours. At the same time, they do not provide any hotel, like, if you want, you can spend the night at the airport (thanks, cap) or book a hotel (thanks again) We wanted to return their ticket and buy a ticket from another company, so we even got through to them- it's worth the trouble to contact them. As a result, they're being fooled that there's no good reason to hand over your ticket, so you can just skip the flight and buy new tickets (it's just a matter of time) And for me, 12 hours at night at the airport with two children is a good reason to check in my ticket. Therefore, keep in mind that the company does not particularly care about its passengers.
