Updating the review on 26/01/2026: I came to the branch this morning to send money via Western union. A male employee said that the system was "not working." To the question "he won't work all day or in the morning," he replied that he didn't know. When asked if it will work tomorrow, the same answer is "I do not know." In general, he showed complete indifference, no apologies, nothing like that. It looked like he just wanted me to leave and he would continue drinking tea. The ATMs in this branch were not working either. *** Old review: Responsive employees work in this department, if you come to the opening, there are no queues, they usually solve all tasks in half an hour.
