Many thanks to the Qrent pros! Taking into account our route, they helped us choose a comfortable car, told us everything in detail, and devoted us to all the nuances. It is important that a contract is concluded. All the design is fast enough. When taking a car, it is absolutely important to take a photo from all sides, and it is recommended to do this by the staff.
The car itself is in good condition, it has never failed on the road, it walks confidently along the serpentines, holds the road well on the highway, pulls into the mountains, behaves well when overtaking, there were no drifts even with strong wind and light ice. Everything in the car is in working order, for long-distance trips Hyundai Tucson is the best option!
There was an inspection when handing over the car.
I have rented a car many places when traveling, and the Qrent service is one of the best in terms of design, customer orientation, and conditions.

Thanks guys! We took a Toyota Yaris, traveled all over Armenia. The car is super, it did not let us down on our long route. Comfortable and economical. Friendly staff, showed and told everything. Where can I park, how much can I exceed here, that it is strictly forbidden to cross the stop line. Thank them for that. Be careful with the speed mode, the cameras flash when they record a violation.

For the third year we have been coming to Armenia for a summer vacation and for the third time in a row we take a car here. Initially, we were advised in local chat rooms to take a car here and we did not regret it.
Unlike aggregators, you book a specific car. A bunch of things, if necessary, are given for free - phone holders, a child safety seat or booster, a second driver in the contract, etc. You can purchase full insurance for all cars at a fixed price. A minimum of formalism, everything is quickly processed. In general, I recommend it.

Very convenient service. I forgot to book a car for a vacation in advance and had to book a car for the May holidays at the last moment. The service staff responded quickly, sent the available options and the choice fell on the Suzuki Grand Vitara. The four-wheel drive SUV turned out to be not a very expensive option.
They traveled half of Armenia on it. We climbed both asphalt and dirt paths, drove to the coolest sights and admired the beautiful views. The car did not fail. And the open hatch brought me extra puppy joy =)

I've rented a car 4 times in this rental.
All 4 times I can mention the excellent service provided by the rental staff, a fairly quick response time in case of questions, excellent conditions for concluding a contract (there is no deposit, the documents were processed quickly).
As for the cars themselves, I was quite satisfied with the cars all 4 times, I took the average price segment of the D class mainly. There were moments when something did not work in the car, but it never related to the technical condition of the car itself (buttons on the steering wheel or similar trifle). In my opinion, it is possible to understand this, since rental cars are still available.
In terms of price-quality ratio, the best rental service I have used in Yerevan.

I took a jeep from 16:00 to 18:00 the next day.
I paid the cost per day, and not like everywhere else, two people would have counted, because the change is after 10:00.
I got the car in 5 minutes.
The cost is below the average market.

The cars in the park are different, not always new, but everything is fine. Let's see what happens at the delivery of the car) life hack: according to the rules in Armenia, you do not need a child seat, we did not take it for a 5-year-old child in the end, but at this age it is even better to take at least a booster - low to the child, does not see out the window. We took a pillow from the sofa from the apartment and put it on the whole trip.

I ordered a car with a driver for 2 days, everything was very quickly arranged through whatsapp, the driver was in the right place at the agreed time, the car was clean both from the outside and from the inside, the driver himself is very professional, besides very erudite and we learned a lot of interesting things from him. We rented a Hyundai Elantra. We got into a clean, refueled car. There is an air conditioner, you can connect music via Aux/Bluetooth.
We are very pleased that we took the car. In two days, we managed to drive around Yerevan a little and visit the countryside. We visited many places that can only be reached by car. The landscapes of Armenia are impressive all along the way! The trip was a success!

So, the end of a short trip to Armenia has come and it's time to leave feedback.
What I want to note is that I rented a car from the guys for 2 days. It was the first time I rented a car outside the Russian Federation, of course there was fear, because there are so many stories about divorce, but I really wanted to ride around a beautiful country and I took a risk.
After studying many companies, I stopped at this one and that's what happened:
- WatsUp support the guys work 24 hours, most of my questions fell on the period before the lease was signed (there were questions about documents, cars, etc.)
- The technical condition of the cars is excellent, a large selection and all cars are issued clean
- On-site briefing, told all about the car, the difference between traffic regulations from the Russian Federation and places, gave advice
- The contract was signed quickly and without collateral
- You can take the car at the airport and return it there.
When it was time to complete the lease, my flight was postponed for 4 hours, I asked the guys to also postpone the delivery of the car and the guys agreed absolutely free of charge, it was incredibly very pleased. They met us on the spot exactly when we agreed, examined the car, checked the video and that's it.
And now a little emotion:
In 2 days, my girlfriend and I traveled around Yerevan 5 times, and also visited Garni, Gekhard, Sevan and Dilijan. The rented car took on all the hardships of the road, snow, rain, hail, fog and took us to all the addresses, gave us incredible emotions from what we saw and a bunch of really cool photos. During this time, we stuck to the car and it was even a little sad to give it away =)
So, if you are thinking of taking a car in Yerevan, I definitely recommend the guys!

Абсолютно нет умения общаться с клиентами, плюс ничего не понимают в международныз правах. Отказали в аренде амерканскому гражданину по временным правам, так как основные на замене, при продолжении диалога, сказали, что свободных машине нет, хотя 2 часа назад было доступно 50 - откровенно соврали. Сами машину привести тоже не могут, хотя изначально вариант доставик до аэропорта обсуждался. Видимо мне не повезло с менеджером и клиентским отношением. Рекомендовать не буду, даже если на рынке не много предложений, вести себя нужно нормально.
