They said 24hrs reception and check in. I wrote to them while being stranded at the airport (SVO)at 3am and no one replied (til date). I decided to go in person and arrived at 8am , only for the reception to casually say check in is at 2pm. If I could give a zero star, I definitely would.

Terrible organization, unprofessional attitude,they don't synchronize online booking with real-time,real life situation. Overall,a horrible experience attempting to stay there.
