A wonderful hotel! I'll start with the advantages, a great sea with a beautiful turquoise color of water! Mountain view, picturesque. There is a wide beach, a lot of sun loungers on the beach, there is a pier and a pontoon, you can swim and dive from it. Water parks, 2 pcs, are located next to each other, one is for children, very cool, with lots of slides, which are interesting for both adults and an adult water park with good slides nearby. Food, no complaints, everything was enough. There is no one-time entertainment here (we went to the hotel for 2 years in a row, there is something to compare it with), it all depends on the animation team. The kids' club was good, the kids liked it. Well, the downsides, for us it's like this, it's a long way from the airport, even on a private transfer, it's about 2 hours.

An amazing vacation, we were delighted. The hotel is located in the wonderful village of Kemer in Turkey. Kemer is famous for its mountainous terrain. Helpful and smiling staff throughout the hotel. Beautiful green and well-maintained territory of the hotel. A great hotel in the greenest and most peaceful area of Kemer - Tekirova. The food is amazing, cooked like in a restaurant, complex, not banal, and there are signature dishes every night. Waiters are a separate love! You are always welcome, they will bring you everything you ask for and even more! The rooms are new, daily cleaning, pillows have been changed to softer ones on request. The maids are also lovely. The water park is gorgeous: for kids, teenagers and adults. I haven't dared to roll down all the slides, some are just scary, for the brave. The water in the water park is not heated, but it was quite warm in early May. The territory is certainly not large, and this is the only disadvantage. Although this did not spoil the impression. The pool is quite huge and heated. There are enough sun beds. It's always clean. A bar with excellent cocktails served beautifully in glass. Here's another thing... there's almost no place on the premises to just sit without bars and tables. They didn't even find hammocks on the grass. Just the swing. The beach is the widest, there are plenty of places! It's also quite possible to sunbathe on the pier. The sea is clear, beautiful dark turquoise color. There is a lot of shopping nearby. Or to Kemer in 45 minutes by bus. I definitely recommend it and wish you a great vacation.

But keep in mind that during peak season there may be difficulties with restaurant seating and queues for seafood-type treats)) the territory is beautiful. The beach is ordinary, pebbly. The main advantage is the water park! The kids are crazy! I was glad that the rather strict guys, the rescuers at the water park, carefully watched that the people did not roll on each other's heads. We stayed at the hotel from 08/15/2024 to 08/28/24. Excellent beach, entrance to the sea, clear water, but sharply deep. It's not very comfortable for kids, but that's okay. The main disadvantage is the lack of proper bungalows, we rented for the entire vacation, but every time it was unbearable. It's just a tent where it was really hot, it was terrible. Make normal bungalows with air conditioning, sofas, drinks! They'll pay off quickly. And the staff is nervous, they kept asking us for a check for the rental of the bungalow, although they explained a hundred times that we had paid in advance. It was unpleasant. The food is delicious, the area is clean, there are delicious desserts and coffee in the coffee shop. There are many things for children: a playground, a game center with entertainment, a water park, a children's room. It doesn't even make sense to go to Ala Kart Restaurants, all the dishes there were from the Swedish line. The cleaning is terrible, they didn't even vacuum, every time I asked the cleaners to clean the floor, the reaction was zero… We were in the heat and the humidity was high (August is always like this there), there was no air conditioning in the corridors and elevator in the hotel, it was terribly stuffy, it was even bad. Carpets in the corridors that hadn't been washed or vacuumed all the time - it was disgusting, vomit and various stains on them, garbage lay untouched on them all the vacation. Take away these carpets, they're nothing but dust and dirt! And put in air conditioners, equip a bungalow on the beach. It wasn't thought out in the main restaurant either, and you couldn't sit outside in the heat: you were sweating profusely, and the fans couldn't handle it. Overall, the rest was not bad, the sea and the food were very pleasant. There is a water park for kids, a children's menu with separate small tables. But the service on the beach was unpleasant, my mother was kicked out every time and asked for a check for the rental of a tent, she was the very first to come to the sea, and every morning it was the same story!

The pools are all heated, and the food is wonderful all day long. Animators are constantly coming up with something grandiose: foam parties, bingo games, and water competitions. If you don't want to, don't participate, but it looks like a lot of fun) a great kids' club, you can leave the child for as long as you want, there are also Russian girls there) Evening shows- I have never seen such in Turkey, there were very cool magicians and a trick with motorcycles in a balloon before that I had only seen in Dubai at La Perle. The sea in Tekirova is amazing - we swam, despite May, the water is wonderful. Ice cream is different all day long - take it wherever you want. Cool coffee shop,open almost all day: there are sweets, and a rich arsenal of coffee and tea drinks, all very friendly and, again, good service. Yes, they mostly don't carry drinks to the sun beds and tables (except for the main restaurant), the evening show is also made like an amphitheater without tables - but this is not a problem at all, since there are no queues, everything works quickly and smoothly, cocktails are made beautiful, everything is decorated. In short, this is the first hotel (after the Maxx Royal, but it has a completely different price tag) that did not cause me any complaints, but only a complete delight!!

A two-room room with a terrace and a Jacuzzi overlooking the sea and mountains ! Delight !!! There is also a gorgeous water park in the hotel. For both adults and children. We were with children for 3 years and 10 years , everyone is happy . And what is important, the water in the children's water park is heated. Also, maybe it is important for someone as for us a large swimming pool with a depth of 110 cm, it is very convenient with children. There is also a 40 cm and 90 cm paddling pool. For bookings of 7 nights or more, you can visit the Ala Kart restaurant for free. We were at Emerald, we liked everything. In general, Rai premium is just right in the heart! I don't want to go to other hotels anymore. 😂 The animation is cool, various shows for adults and children every day, discos. Incredibly beautiful, well-maintained territory. The staff is polite and helpful. And what a sea there is ! The purest , azure color ❤ That's honestly without minuses! Well, if you only find fault, then there was not enough point for issuing towels closer to the beach, there is only one point on the basement in the spa. But these are small things . Thanks! The attitude towards the guests is friendly, the staff is responsive, tries to help in everything. There is always a place on the beach, if you lose a towel, no one will charge for it! Awnings are very conveniently placed on the beach, if you want to lie in the sun, if you want there is enough space for everyone in the shade. You need to take slippers for swimming, because when the waves come out, it's not pleasant, sometimes it hurts. There is a bedside table by the pool for lost things, if you find something, you can take it and put it there or vice versa, it is very convenient! There are always very beautiful fireworks on the beach! The only thing that did not impress was the Animators, busy with themselves and each other, walking like a bunch of teenagers who have their own party, making young friends among the vacationers and singling them out without paying attention to the rest of the guests. They don't know how to work with children from the word at all. At a children's disco, instead of standing around the perimeter themselves, so that all the children can see them (the children repeat the movements after them), they stand in the center and then begin to pull the children together, put the big ones in front of the little ones and completely ignore it. Of course, this does not spoil the impression of the hotel, but you just look and understand that the team does not reach this hotel, maybe they are just too young or their leader has such an idea about animation.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to! I really love Kemer, Queen's Park is located in the village nearby. An incredibly beautiful view of the sea and mountains opens from the hotel and the hotel itself is no less beautiful! Everything is new, fresh, well-groomed huge territory with cafes, restaurants, even has its own pastry shop! Literally everywhere, wherever you are, there is a place for a snack in the immediate vicinity. Mainly dishes of European cuisine, they offer their own ice cream of several types and confectionery of their own production. Great animation in the evening and lots of entertainment and sports activities throughout the day! We went to the May holidays with my mother last year. None of us were bored! There is a spa, a great Finnish sauna! It is included in the room rate. Massages and spa treatments are charged separately. Quite a large private beach line. Going into the water with pebbles, but it didn't stop us in any way. I definitely recommend the hotel, I will be happy to come there myself!

An amazing family-friendly hotel. Many families come here all the time. The territory is not very large, but it is well designed. The staff is friendly, most of them speak Russian. We went to the water park every day. There is a slide with a springboard. Even the parents scream every time. My son has been riding the adult roller coaster with me for 6 years. Cons: If you are right to find fault, there is not enough fruit. Strawberries were only for dinner. The permanent fruits are: apples, bananas and pears. No one ate them. Perhaps there will be more fruits in high season. I definitely recommend the hotel.

We came on vacation with our family. Everything was fine. I lived in the same room with my sister. In the morning I went to the beach, closed the door, and my sister stayed asleep. She woke up to the fact that the hotel employee was rummaging through HER suitcase, HE was holding her PASSPORT in his hands. She got scared and told him to come out. He excused himself and left. We contacted the reception, they did not react to the problem in any way. The hotel is great, but only if you can relax with the idea that while you are away they are looking at your things and so on.
