A wonderful hotel! I'll start with the advantages, a great sea with a beautiful turquoise color of water! Mountain view, picturesque.
There is a wide beach, a lot of sun loungers on the beach, there is a pier and a pontoon, you can swim and dive from it.
Water parks, 2 pcs, are located next to each other, one is for children, very cool, with lots of slides, which are interesting for both adults and an adult water park with good slides nearby.
Food, no complaints, everything was enough.
There is no one-time entertainment here (we went to the hotel for 2 years in a row, there is something to compare it with), it all depends on the animation team.
The kids' club was good, the kids liked it.
Well, the downsides, for us it's like this, it's a long way from the airport, even on a private transfer, it's about 2 hours.

The hotel is small, great location in a quiet location.
The service is good, lots of staff, animation.
The rooms are not bad, but there are problems with gels and shampoos. They won't bring them unless you ask for them.
There is a lot of light in the corridors, which is why the room is quite bright at night. Pipes are noisy, there are problems with water and sewerage.
Balconies are side by side, you won't be able to sit alone)
The evening program is repeated every week, which is not very interesting for stays of 7 days or more.
The alcohol is good, the beach is good, but there are large rocks near the shore.
We were at the hotel on the 20th of September. There was enough food for everyone, although there were a lot of people. The food is delicious.
The disadvantage of the hotel is that there is no separation of zones - children are everywhere, it prevents you from relaxing. There are a lot of families with children under 6 years old on vacation.
In the afternoon, the sun sets behind the mountain, and after 4 it's already cool on the beach. There are always places on the beach.

A wonderful hotel!
I have already been here 2 times at the end of August (2024 and 2023)

~ The hotel has a total of 3 bars: one on the beach, the second by the pools, the third in the lobby
They all serve various alcoholic beverages, but I liked the different cocktails that the local bartenders prepared the most.
~ In the restaurant, the waiters offer alcohol at every meal - I usually preferred to take champagne and whiskey with Cola
• Room stock and its quality
~ The rooms are not the largest, but at the same time very cozy and clean.
~ Room cleaning is done every day by default
~ Good water pressure in the shower
~ The room has a safe and a small bar, which is included in the all-inclusive system - it is replenished every few days
• Wide range of entertainment activities
~ The hotel has a very impressive water park, which is nice to visit after the beach

• Rooms up to the 3rd floor, with balconies overlooking the restaurant, often smell of food, so it's better not to open the windows or book a room with the appropriate view in advance for an additional fee.

A super hotel! The hotel is great. The reception is working well, we were accommodated at our request in a room with a mountain view without any problems. The rooms are clean and large, they are cleaned efficiently, towels and bed linen are changed without asking. They will give you as many pillows as you want and blankets too, by the way, the pillows are not very comfortable, they are quite hard. The restaurant is clean, the restaurant staff and dishes are also clean. The food is all very tasty and fresh. It was amazing, but everything that you can't take is delicious! Awnings are very conveniently placed on the beach, if you want to lie in the sun, if you want there is enough space for everyone in the shade. You need to take slippers for swimming, because when the waves come out, it's not pleasant, sometimes it hurts. There is a bedside table by the pool for lost things, if you find something, you can take it and put it there or vice versa, it is very convenient! There are always very beautiful fireworks on the beach! The only thing that did not impress was the Animators, busy with themselves and each other, walking like a bunch of teenagers who have their own party, making young friends among the vacationers and singling them out without paying attention to the rest of the guests. They don't know how to work with children from the word at all. At a children's disco, instead of standing around the perimeter themselves, so that all the children can see them (the children repeat the movements after them), they stand in the center and then begin to pull the children together, put the big ones in front of the little ones and completely ignore it. Of course, this does not spoil the impression of the hotel, but you just look and understand that the team does not reach this hotel, maybe they are just too young or their leader has such an idea about animation.

A great hotel for your budget. First of all, the advantages of the hotel: clean and well-groomed, delicious food and a large selection of drinks, including imported alcohol, friendly staff (Russian-speaking), close to Antalya airport, there is a water park for children (but the water is not very warm in October), a huge plus that you can choose a room with wine by the sea for an additional fee.
Now the cons in my opinion: cold pools, so-so 3* animation, very slow elevators.
I definitely recommend this hotel and I will visit it more than once, those who are going to relax in mid-October, be sure to take warm clothes for walks in the evening.

We stayed at the hotel from 08/15/2024 to 08/28/24. Excellent beach, entrance to the sea, clear water, but sharply deep. It's not very comfortable for kids, but that's okay. The main disadvantage is the lack of proper bungalows, we rented for the entire vacation, but every time it was unbearable. It's just a tent where it was really hot, it was terrible. Make normal bungalows with air conditioning, sofas, drinks! They'll pay off quickly. And the staff is nervous, they kept asking us for a check for the rental of the bungalow, although they explained a hundred times that we had paid in advance. It was unpleasant.
The food is delicious, the area is clean, there are delicious desserts and coffee in the coffee shop.
There are many things for children: a playground, a game center with entertainment, a water park, a children's room.
It doesn't even make sense to go to Ala Kart Restaurants, all the dishes there were from the Swedish line.
The cleaning is terrible, they didn't even vacuum, every time I asked the cleaners to clean the floor, the reaction was zero…
We were in the heat and the humidity was high (August is always like this there), there was no air conditioning in the corridors and elevator in the hotel, it was terribly stuffy, it was even bad. Carpets in the corridors that hadn't been washed or vacuumed all the time - it was disgusting, vomit and various stains on them, garbage lay untouched on them all the vacation. Take away these carpets, they're nothing but dust and dirt! And put in air conditioners, equip a bungalow on the beach.
It wasn't thought out in the main restaurant either, and you couldn't sit outside in the heat: you were sweating profusely, and the fans couldn't handle it.
Overall, the rest was not bad, the sea and the food were very pleasant. There is a water park for kids, a children's menu with separate small tables.
But the service on the beach was unpleasant, my mother was kicked out every time and asked for a check for the rental of a tent, she was the very first to come to the sea, and every morning it was the same story!

One of the best hotels I've been to. We checked in at 8 a.m. without extra charges, the rooms are small, but everything is there. The territory is compact and well thought out. This is the best hotel we've been to! We really regretted that we took the tour for only 8 days ! This is very little! The food is delicious , varied, and there are themed dinners . The waiters work very fast , they try , well done! The rooms are cozy, at first we lived in the partial view room, then we paid extra and moved to the family room, room 2340 I heartily recommend! A two-room room with a terrace and a Jacuzzi overlooking the sea and mountains ! Delight !!!
There is also a gorgeous water park in the hotel. For both adults and children. We were with children for 3 years and 10 years , everyone is happy . And what is important, the water in the children's water park is heated. Also, maybe it is important for someone as for us a large swimming pool with a depth of 110 cm, it is very convenient with children. There is also a 40 cm and 90 cm paddling pool.
For bookings of 7 nights or more, you can visit the Ala Kart restaurant for free. We were at Emerald, we liked everything.
In general, Rai premium is just right in the heart! I don't want to go to other hotels anymore. 😂
The animation is cool, various shows for adults and children every day, discos.

Pros:
Magnificent view of Takhtali mountain, really good selection and service in the restaurant, interesting shows in the evenings.
Minuses:
1. Misleading when booking a room (it turns out that Partial View is not a partial view of the sea, but in principle a partial view from the window - okay, I didn't finish it myself), when settling in to replace the room, an additional $ 200 was forcibly and joyfully stripped off. And this is with a second stay at this hotel.
2. Frequent poisoning of tourists, especially children (but how else if the cook first takes a raw chicken with a tool and immediately puts the finished chicken with the same tool?).
3. Disgusting daily beach preparation (sticky tables, sun beds all in the sand, garbage).
4. Beach towels, apparently, were imported 10 years ago from a miserable sanatorium in Saki or in Zatoka.

The hotel is a normal 5-star, for a family holiday. The staff is friendly and efficient. Minimum queues for hot dishes. The menu is quite varied. Tables are cleaned just instantly. The territory is quite sufficient for walking, a lot of greenery and flowering plants. Alcohol, other beverages and ice cream are available in sufficient quantity and quality. The rooms are of a comfortable size. There are slippers, bathrobes, a kettle. Mini bar without beer and snacks. WiFi is available throughout the property. There are enough sun beds. Entry from the beach with pebbles. There are only 2 stairs from the pier.
There is also a decent coffee shop-confectionery. Steep slides and a children's play club. I put 5 with a small minus (for the mini-bar, the lack of a portion of soap, toothpaste with a brush, body cream and hair conditioner in the bathroom).

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to!
I really love Kemer, Queen's Park is located in the village nearby.
An incredibly beautiful view of the sea and mountains opens from the hotel and the hotel itself is no less beautiful! Everything is new, fresh, well-groomed huge territory with cafes, restaurants, even has its own pastry shop!
Literally everywhere, wherever you are, there is a place for a snack in the immediate vicinity. Mainly dishes of European cuisine, they offer their own ice cream of several types and confectionery of their own production.
Great animation in the evening and lots of entertainment and sports activities throughout the day! We went to the May holidays with my mother last year. None of us were bored!
There is a spa, a great Finnish sauna! It is included in the room rate. Massages and spa treatments are charged separately.
Quite a large private beach line. Going into the water with pebbles, but it didn't stop us in any way.
I definitely recommend the hotel, I will be happy to come there myself!

An amazing family-friendly hotel. Many families come here all the time. The territory is not very large, but it is well designed. The staff is friendly, most of them speak Russian. We went to the water park every day. There is a slide with a springboard. Even the parents scream every time. My son has been riding the adult roller coaster with me for 6 years.
Cons: If you are right to find fault, there is not enough fruit. Strawberries were only for dinner. The permanent fruits are: apples, bananas and pears. No one ate them. Perhaps there will be more fruits in high season.

One day I saw this hotel on the Internet and fell in love with it! After a long search and choosing other hotels to compare, I realized that I don't like anything except this Rai Premium hotel! We went with my husband and son, who was 1 year and 9 months old! We really liked the hotel, the territory, the renovated spacious rooms, the amount and variety of food, the service! The staff was always friendly, always smiling at us and our son! And how many children are in this hotel, this is the first time I've seen this)) Our child was comfortable))
The sea is clean, pebbles with sand, it was very warm at the end of September! We swam only in it)) Unfortunately, the water in the pool was very cold for us and for the baby. That's the only downside.
But there are much more advantages and I will not lower my rating for this!

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights from May 9th.
We took an individual transfer at the hotel, 60 euros from the airport is very comfortable, the road is about an hour and a half.
We were looking for a decent value for money, plus we wanted a good water park for teenagers and a spacious family room with full-size beds, including children and adults. We realized that the hotel would be simpler than it was before (for example, than the Titanic in Belek), but after the price increase, the overpayment for the suite became inadequate. And Paradise is a really pleasant and high-quality option, of a good level.
Everything in the hotel is very well maintained. The territory is well thought out.
The main pool is not heated, but the water was sufficiently warmed by the sun.
A good water park, adults and children's slides are separated, children's heated. Wonderful seals on the territory.
My son participated in water polo and volleyball every day. We attended evening shows. They are mainly acrobatic dance groups of different levels, two times they were very cool, the rest are simpler. It is important to understand that the level of the hotel does not imply stars on the show) but all the artists tried very hard.
There were four of us: two adults and children aged 14 and 15. The room was booked by a family connection.
Before arrival, I wrote to the hotel, asking for a quiet room if possible.
But they put us in a room in a bungalow, which is located near the amphitheater, the show and the disco could be heard so that the bed vibrated periodically. In addition, this room is smaller than the connections in the main building.
That's why they asked us to move to a quieter room. We moved into the main building, it was much more comfortable for us there.
I note that they asked for a shaving kit, but they did not bring it to us.

The food is good, we always found something for ourselves. It is standard for a good five-star hotel. There will not be such a variety here as in Titanic and Rixos, but it is quite worthy! I think that fans of fish dishes will especially like it, there is a large selection of them. Meat dishes are standard. Pancakes, waffles, and omelets are served for breakfast in the outdoor area. We recommend taking coffee in the lobby, who cares, it really tastes better there. The waiters are trying very hard, the download was complete. The drinks are brought by the waiters, but we also took fresh water at the counter. The kids liked to make their own burgers at the beach restaurant, a cool feature) Ayran and gozleme are at the Azur restaurant in the afternoon.
Imported alcohol is mostly in the lobby, cocktails by the pool are made from local, but they are not bad.
In general, the staff is excellent - everyone is friendly, polite, responsive.
On my son's birthday, I reminded him at the reception in the morning and a small cake with a postcard was brought to the room, he was pleased.
The SPA complex is normal, clean, there is a warm pool, but it is not very large, it was crowded.
The sea is very clean, in general in Kemer it is special, transparent, beautiful. From the beach there is a magnificent view of Takhtali mountain.
There are many shops, a bank, a bus stop outside the hotel (we took a ride to Kemer and Antalya). Who cares, we were returning from Antalya by taxi, it was raining, 1500 lira, the road took 80 minutes.
I like that outsiders are not allowed on the territory, including along the beach line.
Hotel offers:

The key card is only needed to open the door. There is a piece of paper in the place of the key card so that the air conditioner does not turn off. On the second day, the phone in the toilet fell off and the hair dryer broke. The hair dryer was repaired quickly . The phone was lying on the bedside tables until the end of the vacation . There is no light of the supreme, it is not convenient to read in the evening. The channels are only English and Turkish. Take a flash drive with you. There are a lot of different shows in the evenings and in any room you can hear them even at 22.00. We were with a guy from September 27 to October 8. The hotel is spacious and family-run. Both adults and children feel good in it.

That's how we grew our tummies, but we were happy :)
The service works well, of course there are small nuances in the form of: they removed the robe, but forgot to hang a new one; there were not enough jars with air conditioning; I scratched myself in the pool, but these are small things, there are much more positive emotions.
Alcohol is of high quality, a fairly diverse selection. Bars work in different ways, depending on the location. You can drink until one o'clock in the morning. If not later ;)
There are a lot of contests from animators, entertainment. Interesting shows, disco, beach volleyball 2 times a day and much more.
It's easy to sign up for excursions, diving and more.
The local market is right next to the hotel. You just need to go beyond the barrier.

But sweets are really good.
The weather is up to 32 in the morning, around 25 in the evening. There were about the same number of people in the hotel as in the summer during the main season (that's what the animators told us).
10 days flew by like 1.

I was with two children in October 2024. The water in the sea is still warm. The hotel is tired and needs to be repaired. But this is only one drawback. I really liked everything else. It is nice that there is no language barrier, because the main part of the staff are seasonal workers from the countries of the former USSR. The hotel is not big, the workload is full in July and August. Mostly they are also people from the former USSR
The food is excellent, varied, there are themed evenings from different cuisines of the world. There are bars on the beach, for the particularly lazy who do not want to leave the water, there is an area where they give lunch.
A clean, large beach, where if you want to take the best places, of course, you need to come by 6 in the morning. Unfortunately, nothing changes, and that 20 years ago, that now "our" tourist with bulging eyes runs to occupy the first rows with towels. But, fortunately, I do not belong to this category, and I am quite satisfied with a sunbed under a cozy gazebo, in the shade from the sun, of which there are also a lot on the beach of the hotel. There are enough beach activities, here you can ride a wounded aquatech, and cheesecakes and bananas, and parachutes. There are boats that can take you to the nearest islands to see sea turtles and swim on a wild beach. Of course, all this is for a fee.
Next, about animation. As for the daytime, there are no complaints, and you have aqua aerobics, and various competitions by the pool, entertainment for children. Well, but there are complaints about the evening one, of course she is lame. We were there for 20 days, and the performances were reviewed several times. The shows are repeated, at the end of the vacation we didn't even go. And even the children were not interested in going to a children's disco with the same music.
Since the hotel is designed for family holidays with children, it is very good that there is a children's center with a playground and a play area in a comfortable cool room. There are various master classes, in the evening they even give out some certificates to particularly distinguished children. There is also a center with various VIAR devices, where adults are quite interested.
And finally, about the cons. This is cleaning. Linen is changed every two days, towels are changed every day. Beach towels need to be changed yourself in the spa center, which is located in the basement. It's NOT convenient. Room cleaning is purely symbolic. They waved a rag on the table a couple of times, wiped the sink and toilet with the same rag, well, that's enough for you😁 I was shocked when I saw it. Thanks for not washing the glasses with this rag. You haven't heard of a vacuum cleaner. He travels with the maids and stands sadly at the door of the room, waiting for a miracle.
Conclusion. Our family will definitely not go to this hotel a second time. Of course, it's not worth the crazy money that we paid for five people. With this money, you can relax in a cooler hotel, and in the area of Turkey.
