I've been working in the studio for a couple of months and I can only say good things about the school and about Natalia's teacher. I like the relaxed atmosphere in the hall, how simple and accessible the elements of strip plastics are explained for a beginner.
The warm-up takes place at a high level, enough to warm up well, stretch out and prepare for the performance of the elements on the pylon. At the same time, there are forces left for the Strip itself.
The atmosphere itself favors the fact that you want to return to the hall again and again! Our group was lucky not only with the coach, but also with the staff, the girls support each other and are friendly)
I like the polite administrators who greet me with a smile, clean rooms, and the availability of everything necessary for training.

I came to Queens studio for a strip-plastic trial with a friend and immediately realized that I would continue to study! The location is very convenient, the studio itself is cozy and atmospheric, the changing rooms are quite comfortable, there is a water cooler, a coffee machine and restrooms. Subscriptions are inexpensive, plus there is a small but pleasant discount if you extend the subscription without interruption.
I am studying with Kristina and I am very glad that I managed to find my instructor the first time. I've been to classes, practice sessions and replacements with other QUEENS instructors, each with their own approach and unique style.
Our group gradually switched from strip plastics to exotic pole dance. The load is quite adequate even for a person who has never been particularly involved in sports. And the feeling after training, successfully learned and videotaped dance strings can not be compared to anything! I look forward to training every week with great impatience!

I've been attending Queens Dance School for six months. Already upon entering the studio, you begin to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of dance: the stylish interior of the hall contributes to this. Polite administrators will always answer all questions and help solve problems. The dance halls are cozy, with eye-pleasing lighting. I am engaged in strip plasty and stretching with Ekaterina's teacher. Classes always begin with a warm-up, then the physically intensive part of the lesson with dance elements is mandatory, and after that the dance is unlearned. Ekaterina always monitors the correct execution of movements, corrects mistakes, gives good physical activity, supports and believes in her students. During stretching, special attention is paid to the safe performance of exercises to avoid injury. No activity is complete without jokes and a cheerful mood. Thanks to training, you get a boost of cheerfulness and positivity, as well as self-confidence and a more slender, plastic body.

I decided to take up dancing in the direction of exotic pole dance and stopped at Queens studio. One of the largest schools in this field in Belarus. The reviews were all positive. I also got acquainted with the history of the creation of the studio (sent by telegram), which also inspired me to go to a trial session faster. I signed up for a group for beginners, as I have never studied in this direction. I was greeted at the reception by a friendly receptionist, but I was confused by the fact that payment is made only in cash and checks are not issued. When I arrived at the lesson, I realized that the girls from the group had already left 3-4 classes and knew more material, I know that dance schools often do so in order to get more people in the process, but in this studio it was indicated that I would get into the group from scratch, that is, I was sure that a trial lesson will be for all the girls. But okay, this is not such a critical moment. I got to see a teacher named Daria.
We started with a warm-up and stretching session. The coach did the warm-up incorrectly, not talking about stretching..
Also, the coach is obliged to ask new students about possible diseases of the musculoskeletal system and injuries, of course it is obvious if a person has problems limiting such activities, he will not engage, but still the coach had to make sure of this, and after, start the lesson.
Insufficient equipment for stretching, it was inconvenient to perform exercises. Lack of spare knee pads. In my opinion, it is obvious that when coming to a trial session, clients will not have them with them.
The coach did not tell the safety precautions in the classroom. I think it is important to show the correct hand position, explain how to hold on to the pylon correctly, especially to those who see it for the first time. Of course, this did not happen. After the warm-up, we started jumping and spinning on it without explaining anything. Perhaps she has such a teaching method.
During the lesson, we learned the dance, the teacher could not present the material clearly and clearly. During the dance, it was necessary to perform movements touching the dirty floor with the body and face (sand and dust were felt). After the end of our lesson, another group immediately came in and started studying, that is, the floors were not treated after us. There were also no paper towels in the toilet, too, not to mention the antibacterial hand cream stated in the description.
To sum up: I really do not recommend this school for training; the overpriced cost for a studio with the conditions described above; coach Daria seemed to me an unqualified specialist in this field (banal, there is no basic knowledge of human anatomy); I felt discomfort and insecurity in the classroom.

I chose a dance school for a long time. I stopped at Queens and never regretted it. I have been doing Exotic pole dance for three months now and I am absolutely delighted with the lessons. Instructor Veta is just a smart girl, a master of her craft, pays attention to each of the students, classes are held in one breath. When you look at the Wind, how it moves gracefully and seems to fly, it seems that everything is very simple, but in fact the load is better than in any gym, all muscle groups are worked out, I see how my body is changing, which can not but please, a boost of energy for the whole week. EPD is a very sensual and beautiful dance direction, it allows me to feel more feminine, attractive. The only thing that upsets me is that I can't attend classes fully, that is, twice a week, since I come from another city, even from another region and the road takes three hours in one direction, but believe me it's worth it. I found the school in an advertisement on Facebook)) I called to find out all the information I need. The receptionist politely told me everything and guided me to which view I should go first. And now I have been studying for 5 months in a group for beginners with instructor Kristina. She is very attentive and will give everyone time and help if something does not work out. When we learn a bunch for dancing, she tells and shows everything in detail, at least a hundred times she will repeat it to us until we remember and understand and have never heard a note of discontent from her. He is always in a good mood and charges us with his positivity. There were also other instructors who replaced us, and all the girls were cultured and attentive. You can work out classes, there is really a certain day Sunday. It's not convenient at the beginning, but you get used to it and everything is solved and you can always find a compromise.

I haven't tried any other schools besides this one, but I chose this school based on reviews from people who were in other studios. I'll say this, I didn't miss it. Convenient location, rooms with lighting, clean, there is hot water (boiler). Good coaches, everyone has their own way of teaching. I've had at least 5 coaches, each one is good in their own way. A bonus is stretching as a gift.

I have been going to this school for a little over three years and I can say with confidence that I found myself here. The school has a lot of advantages, starting with its location near the metro and ending with polite girls at the reception. There are a lot of coaches here and the schedule allows you to manage to attend classes, combining study with work, at the same time, if you still can't come to class, then you can work it out, but on a special day. That's probably what I like about Queens the most, your group, where girls are about the same level, will never be swarmed by a crowd of newcomers to practice. The halls are cozy, the lighting with multicolored diode ribbons is excellent, the equipment is reliable, and yet they will be too small for strip plastic, 8 girls are already cramped, the halls for exotic pole dance are already bigger and more comfortable. Over time, groups may disband due to a small number of enrolled students or students move to more or less continuing groups. So it was with me, the groups disbanded / I left because of problems with the schedule / the style of the coach, who did not find a response in me / in a more continuing one. But fortunately, my transition has always cost a little blood, because, as I mentioned earlier, there are a lot of coaches, so do not be lazy to go through trial classes to find exactly your own, the one who will inspire and do not give up everything after the first misunderstanding (I myself did not study with pleasure with all coaches). I can recommend the school, I was raised and continue to be raised to be a very, very good dancer, inspiring any of my own initiatives and initiatives, for which I sincerely thank the Queens school

The decision to apply to queens is the best thing that has happened to me this year. I chose the exotic pole dance direction.
My teacher Evgenia is a real professional, it is a pleasure to study with her, she is very delicate and attentive. There is a relaxed atmosphere at training, where everyone can relax and let go of themselves, which is also her merit.

Previously, I stretched for many months at home on my own, I wanted to do the splits, but at some point progress stopped and did not go on at all, and our teacher Olga (@budri4ik) quite gently but effectively almost put me on the splits, which I was very surprised and glad. There is water and cups in the lobby, and there is plenty of room in the changing rooms, even when many people come at the same time. The halls are ventilated after each group (in order to combat the coronavirus). I would like more pylons in the first hall, or sometimes the lesson took place in a hall where there are more of them. 2 pylons are not enough for 8-10 people) I was also very pleased that you can buy knee pads right there, you don't need to look for them, go somewhere. Overall, the impressions are only positive!

I would like to share my opinion about Queens Dance Studio.
I've been doing strip plastic surgery with a pylon for 8 months, and I have to admit - this is the best sports hobby that has happened to me!
I study with Nadezhda's instructor. A fantastic girl who teaches a very gentle dance style (while very effective).
I should immediately note that it only seems from the outside that dancing is easy. Pole dancing requires a very good physique.preparation (therefore, after the warm-up, there is always pumping of any muscle group and only then the dance). At first I got into a group for beginners, but then I moved to a group for continuing students. (Due to the fact that there was no proper development in the beginner group, interest almost disappeared, so do not be afraid to change groups!)
Of the advantages:
1. We have started to carry out improvements at school (we are working to improve conditions)
2. The emotions from dancing are unreal!!!
2. There are many coaches with different styles.
4. They try to create a cool atmosphere (high-quality music, lighting in the halls, aroma sticks at the entrance)
Of the cons:
1. Be prepared for permanent bruises everywhere)
2. The halls and changing rooms are not always clean
3. Groups of 12 people are recruited, it is very crowded in the halls when everyone comes - there are few pylons, you have to wait in line or try to portray something against the wall (I felt it in a group of newcomers). But if a group of 6-7 people is very comfortable (so in a group for those who continue).
4. A subscription is a thin cardboard box that becomes chewed by the end of the period of use, and does not have a marketable appearance.
I definitely recommend the studio!
The main thing is to understand what style of dance you want to master and find your coach.
