I came to Queens studio for a strip-plastic trial with a friend and immediately realized that I would continue to study! The location is very convenient, the studio itself is cozy and atmospheric, the changing rooms are quite comfortable, there is a water cooler, a coffee machine and restrooms. Over time, groups may disband due to a small number of enrolled students or students move to more or less continuing groups. So it was with me, the groups disbanded / I left because of problems with the schedule / the style of the coach, who did not find a response in me / in a more continuing one. But fortunately, my transition has always cost a little blood, because, as I mentioned earlier, there are a lot of coaches, so do not be lazy to go through trial classes to find exactly your own, the one who will inspire and do not give up everything after the first misunderstanding (I myself did not study with pleasure with all coaches). At first I got into a group for beginners, but then I moved to a group for continuing students. (Due to the fact that there was no proper development in the beginner group, interest almost disappeared, so do not be afraid to change groups!) Of the advantages: 1. We have started to carry out improvements at school (we are working to improve conditions) 2. The emotions from dancing are unreal!!! 2. There are many coaches with different styles. 4. They try to create a cool atmosphere (high-quality music, lighting in the halls, aroma sticks at the entrance) Of the cons: 1. Be prepared for permanent bruises everywhere) 2. The halls and changing rooms are not always clean 3. Groups of 12 people are recruited, it is very crowded in the halls when everyone comes - there are few pylons, you have to wait in line or try to portray something against the wall (I felt it in a group of newcomers). But if a group of 6-7 people is very comfortable (so in a group for those who continue). 4. A subscription is a thin cardboard box that becomes chewed by the end of the period of use, and does not have a marketable appearance. I definitely recommend the studio! I was greeted at the reception by a friendly receptionist, but I was confused by the fact that payment is made only in cash and checks are not issued. When I arrived at the lesson, I realized that the girls from the group had already left 3-4 classes and knew more material, I know that dance schools often do so in order to get more people in the process, but in this studio it was indicated that I would get into the group from scratch, that is, I was sure that a trial lesson will be for all the girls. But okay, this is not such a critical moment. I got to see a teacher named Daria. We started with a warm-up and stretching session. The coach did the warm-up incorrectly, not talking about stretching.. Also, the coach is obliged to ask new students about possible diseases of the musculoskeletal system and injuries, of course it is obvious if a person has problems limiting such activities, he will not engage, but still the coach had to make sure of this, and after, start the lesson. Insufficient equipment for stretching, it was inconvenient to perform exercises. Lack of spare knee pads. I think it is important to show the correct hand position, explain how to hold on to the pylon correctly, especially to those who see it for the first time. Of course, this did not happen. After the warm-up, we started jumping and spinning on it without explaining anything. Perhaps she has such a teaching method. During the lesson, we learned the dance, the teacher could not present the material clearly and clearly. During the dance, it was necessary to perform movements touching the dirty floor with the body and face (sand and dust were felt). After the end of our lesson, another group immediately came in and started studying, that is, the floors were not treated after us. There were also no paper towels in the toilet, too, not to mention the antibacterial hand cream stated in the description. To sum up: I really do not recommend this school for training; the overpriced cost for a studio with the conditions described above; coach Daria seemed to me an unqualified specialist in this field (banal, there is no basic knowledge of human anatomy); I felt discomfort and insecurity in the classroom.

The studio is wonderful: spacious halls, large mirrors, locker room, shower, lighting (for moral emancipation) - everything is done with a soul and for the students!!! It's very nice!!!!!!!!!! Always polite administrators will answer all questions and get into the situation, give advice in any unforeseen cases. The studio is located 5 minutes from the metro station "Academy of Sciences", as well as nearby there is convenient Parking. I am extremely pleased that I decided to take such classes and got into a gorgeous studio!!! I recommend Queens Dance Studio to anyone who is still in doubt! Previously, I stretched for many months at home on my own, I wanted to do the splits, but at some point progress stopped and did not go on at all, and our teacher Olga (@budri4ik) quite gently but effectively almost put me on the splits, which I was very surprised and glad. Although things took a break for several months due to the fact that our group was disbanded, because several girls stopped walking, and it was no longer possible to add newcomers. After going to another school, she returned to Queens. Since I go on a strip-plastic, of course, I need a pylon, but not to the same extent as on exotic pole dance, so 3 pylons in the hall is not enough, but it is not critical for my direction. In another school where I studied, there were a lot of pylons in the hall, and here the other extreme is: in the stalls you constantly bump into them. Therefore, I made a conclusion for myself: a competent instructor always organizes the lesson so that everyone is busy. And I really like the instructors at this school. Each has its own individual unique style. I studied with Tatiana and it's great choreography, now I'm in Svetlana's group and I'm very happy with, among other things, the warm-up, which is not just monotonous exercises, but as mini-links and with elements of strip and oriental dancing. I also signed up for stretching with Victoria and I'm also very happy, she's just some kind of energizer and is very attentive to the girls. In general, I always go to classes with pleasure, I am filled with positive energy there and no small inconveniences (such as small locker rooms, etc.) will change my attitude towards the school and to everyone who provides its work. I wish Queens prosperity and well-being!

I decided to go to dance classes. I was choosing between a poldance and a strip cape. I had a trial session with Anastasia's coach. And on the strip at Olga's coach. I chose the strip. Because I was guided by my request. I needed to develop the thoracic spine, put more stress on my legs, since I work as a massage therapist and my back and arms are tense. I liked both coaches.
