There are no spoilers. We were on an all-in quest. From the very beginning, we started to blunt hard and asked for a hint, but either the operator was slow to respond, or the walkie-talkie was not working properly, we repeated it 3 times in a row before we were given an answer. In the middle of the quest, there was a mystery that we solved, it needed batteries, but nothing turned on. We lost 10-15 minutes on this. They asked for a hint again, they told us, but we've already done that. We tell the operator again that it's not working and they ask us to swap the batteries. One of the batteries was swollen, maybe that's why it didn't work out anyway. Then the operator came into our room with a ruler, clicked somewhere and everything turned on! Of course, it's a shame that the joint is not ours, but we wasted our time. When we were on another quest and the puzzle didn't work properly, we were offered to complete the second quest for free, and we immediately apologized.

I was on the Virus quest and really liked it. I was with friends, 7 people (but I advise you to go with a smaller number, it will be scarier this way). the staff is very nice, the actors play great. The quest itself lasts about 1 hour, but it's enough, in general, I advise everyone, it's a very cool place, I'll definitely come again. And there is also a bonus, this is a seagull, it helps a lot after the quest

I didn't like the organization, instead of the planned quest, they offered another one, in connection with those issues. Delayed the start of the quest for 20 minutes. The quest was planned for 1 hour, the children completed it in 30 minutes. The quest itself is for 8 to 10 points. Because it was a birthday, I had to shift the pizza delivery. I also didn't like that it was impossible to leave the rest room (for example, to go to the toilet) at the time when there was a quest to another group.

I was on a "All-In" quest with children aged 13-14. I can say that it is interesting and exciting, but it would be difficult for children without the presence of an adult to unravel all the planned intricacies. But a walkie-talkie is provided to help, and employees are in touch who give a hint.. Everything is organized quite well, the questrum staff are friendly and competent, the only remark is that it is located in the basement of an apartment building, and the pointer does not have an arrow with the direction of entry, so it is not entirely clear where the entrance is. There may also be problems with parking if you drive your car, there is not much space near the house and you need to be ready to look for parking nearby, but this is not critical. In general, we can recommend you to visit.

In general, everything was interesting, and not all the riddles could be solved without the help of the organizers)) we decided that we were a little dumb))) but we were told that this was the most difficult quest, and we quickly coped even with the hints. I didn't have enough action, although I liked the process itself. As a result, we went straight to the second quest "Bank Robbery", so it was fun and interesting there, and self-esteem returned to a normal level)) Basically, everything is cool.
