Our Organization, LLC "Kopilkabukh", provides a range of services on a monthly basis in the field of accounting and reporting on outsourcing and uses a web service. QuiDox.by (electronic document management (hereinafter referred to as EDI)) provided by Quidox LLC since February 2022. Initially, we and our clients (Service customers) were completely satisfied with the traditional way of exchanging paper documents. But in 2021, we and our Customers managed to significantly expand our own customer bases throughout the Republic of Belarus. Our Customers have different businesses, from small to large. The volume of sales and services began to grow, and with them the amount of documentation that needs to be processed (generated, printed, agreed upon, signed and transferred to Counterparties), so I had to think about working through the EDI. Almost from the beginning of January 2022, they began browsing the Internet to view offers from various companies and reviews about them. We came across information about the QuiDox web service.by from Quidox LLC. After a personal consultation with director Vyacheslav Alexandrovich Shkadarevich, on the service and some hesitation, we decided to switch to this service anyway. Specifically, we and our Customers were attracted by three points: 1. The ability to work with documents online, from any device. In each message, for each attached document, you can specify an independent unique requirement for the addressee: * signature required; * approval; * easy delivery. You can attach 5 documents of different types and formats to each message. Throughout our cooperation with Quidox LLC, our Company, as well as our Customers, have not regretted a single day of their decision to use the web service. QuiDox.by .
