I was trying to repair a redmond slow cooker. The official service of which they are. They took me for diagnostics and... silence. A week later, I called myself. They said they hadn't looked at it yet. Then, 4 days later, they reported that they needed to replace a part that they did not have and would not purchase it. If you want repairs, find and buy the part yourself, but we won't give you any guarantee. They demanded 15 rubles for the diagnosis, and the card payment terminal is not working properly!!! I took it to another service and it was repaired on the same day. I highly do not recommend it.

When contacting another service, they even told me the factory part number-I offered them this number, the answer was shocking to me - if you have a number, find it on wildberries and buy it. As a result, it was returned only after 16 days, and even with a scratched door. There is no agreement on delivery at a convenient time: they bring it the way it is convenient for them. Not every person working from 8 to 17 can adjust to such conditions. One star just for the fact that the machine is still working.

Of course, they do not give guarantees for work and for the part. We took a risk, bought a spare part for 200 rubles, paid 38 rubles for the work. As a result, they were taken away with broken mechanics: at the first use after repair, the button began to fly out and extraneous noise appeared in the combine. We repaired the electrics, broke the mechanics, and of course it's our fault. There is no guarantee for anything. ... it's sad that they repair it like this. I don't recommend it...
