A car was urgently needed for a 400km journey, it never failed, the cabin was clean, technically everything was inspected and well maintained. I recommend this rental, I really liked it, thanks to the management!)

I took a car in Novopolotsk for a trip to the village of Malositnyansky district, arriving by train to my historical homeland. The result of the trip was made by taxi. The car was given a decent appearance, of course scratches, chips, lack of protection on the turn signal - these are small things. A tire was lowered. The director said that he would replace it, but there is nothing, you will pump up the norms. On the offer to check the wheel, he said that it was on the tenant. I took the whole acceptance on video (thank God!). I pumped up the wheel, we reached the park, after a 2-hour walk through the park, I see the wheel let go again. It's a long way to go in the morning, I decided to check in the tire shop just in case. The result is that the front wheels are killed in a spray (from the inside, when received, it is not visible if you do not drive into the pit). I called right away, but it was already evening, the work day in the workhorse was already over. I went to take the car early in the morning and demand a refund. The divorce began - they used it, the trunk jammed, and in general I was driving on completely flat wheels). In general, the money was returned with the help of the police. I didn't want to write a review at first, but I don't want anyone to get killed on the road when a wheel explodes. Since after talking with the locals, I found out that this is unfortunately the norm of doing business, and not a special case of omission. I hope that black PR, as the director put it, will benefit him, and he will monitor the serviceability of such basic things as wheels.

Well, finally, objectively, one organization providing this service in Novopolotsk , addressed , attentive staff , registration for one , two minutes and ready , there was an old 2014 car but in good condition , clean , nothing rattles anywhere , does not knock , thank you.....

I advise you to take a picture of the car before renting it, because it's not the first time I rented a car there, at the end of the lease they show that scratches and so on, which you can see are old, you did and you can't prove, because neither of them have photos and you, respectively, too. As a result, they spin for money,)

Не советую не кому приобретать что либо там. Не за по мнению покупателей они не могли вернуть тот или иной товар или обменять его. Машины в аренду по космическим ценам. Не всегда вежлевыйперсонал.

Брал 2раза нексию всегда машины в салоне были грязные куча песка,я естественно пылесосил чтобы вернули задаток,беру нексию в 3й раз как всегда куча песка ,мою, пылесошу,машину помыл хоть шел дождь,пока доехал до офиса машина от того что шел дождь где-то немного было песка попало от луж ,но специалистка которая вышла сказала что задаток не отдаст,ТК машина по ее мнению грязная, когда я ей начал ей говорит что изначально отдают грязные машины,она просто развернулась и Ушла,как вы тогда принимаете машины если мне 3 раза достается грязная
