Immediately, the driver deleted the order and there was nothing we could do, call or write to the service. It's like there was no order. Very negative feelings from boors who should not work with clients at all and, moreover, at the level of business services! You will have to ride in a Yandex taxi with video recorders, write this rudeness and post it online. There is just a problem with this in Minsk! In Moscow and St. Petersburg, by the way, drivers are very polite and correct.
