I would like to mention an unpleasant incident that occurred at the RADIANT travel agency when buying excursions. Emil, the agent who sold us several tours, promised that they would not take us shopping, there would be high-quality food in a good restaurant (he even promised fish), Wi-Fi in a comfortable bus. In fact, it turned out to be a standard package of excursions with a very mediocre snack (you can't even call it lunch). When asked why we paid significantly more, we received an answer from Emil: You never know what I told you, but you fell for it and bought it. That's the attitude.

We wanted to ride quad bikes with our child, so we went to them. He allegedly imposed on us a trip for a maximum of five people and new ATVs and very beautiful places for 2.5 hours and 10 dollars more than what we had planned . The result is a column of 35 ATVs, of which 5 immediately stopped working, since the ATVs are just a piece of iron, they traveled a maximum of 1 hour in both directions (out of the promised 2.5!). If it was possible to put 0, I put it 30 times. Therefore, I highly recommend not radiant, their representative Farik (who spoke good Russian, lied out of the box).
