Great hotel. Staff were attentive and keen to help. We’re given an upgraded room and enjoyed a lovely sushi dinner with a spectacular view of the city and sea!

First of all the hotel desperately needs renovation. In every room a lot of things are broken. It looks like staff does not do their work good enough (except guys on reception and restaurants). Sometimes housekeeping skipped cleaning. Barmen at a pool bar is always absent. I had to ask to call him every time. The location is close to old town which is good, but there are no pavements. Walking near the hotel is pain - cars are everywhere, but it’s likely problem of the city itself. Pool is very small and it is impossible to find free sunbed if you come after 11am. No private beach. I stayed in redisson in Sochi-Adler and comparing to this hotel it was much better. I can’t recommend staying in this hotel, it’s overpriced.

The hotel is located in a good location, basically everything is within walking distance. The views are good, take the upper floors. The rooms are good for me. Regarding the location to the sea, there is a question here, which is that the sea is not very close and the hotel does not have its own beach. There are two ways, the first is on foot for 8 minutes. The second is by shuttle to the paid beach, where the hotel has a discount for guests. The beach is expensive by the standards of Batumi, when compared with ordinary communal beaches. The beach is clean, well maintained, with paths and umbrellas. There are not many people on it, no one is sitting on their heads, the price of the beach is not cheap by the standards of Batumi. There is a regular communal one nearby, which costs 3 times cheaper. But here it's everyone's business about comfort and opportunities, I'm not blaming anyone, I'm just stating a fact. Batumi is a seaside resort and it is necessary to consider first of all the sea and a comfortable environment of stay. The sea is clear. For reference: on a communal beach or a public one, a sun lounger costs 10 lari, an umbrella costs 10 lari.
