+ приличный спа салон с большим бассейном и фитнес-центр (небольшой, но для поддержания себя в форме во время поездки подойдёт);
+ в отеле очень лояльно относятся к посетителям с VIP статусом в программе лояльности Radisson Rewards: предоставляют апгрейд до люкса и люкса Royal, предоставляют 15% скидку в ресторане и баре.

From observations, they are apparently trying to reduce costs, I was here before the pandemic: in all Radisson there was always hot smoked fish for breakfast - they replaced it with chicken; and last time it was possible to brew tea - this option is no longer available - tea is only in bags. Well, considering that there was a large selection of delicious apricots and peaches in Armenia during this period, there was no fruit at all at breakfast. Well, in conclusion, I would like to accept MIR cards (through the terminal of the Armenian branch of VTB).

We love Radisson. We always try to stay in this network.
But we didn't like Yerevan:
- you made a mistake with the location (it is located on a mountain not in the center, you are not on foot, there are traffic jams by taxi).
- the hotel is empty, but it looks like we were settled in the worst room we had (and this is if I have a Premium account):
- the second low floor overlooking the parking lot, where cars are constantly running, exhaust fumes enter the room, hotel employees smoke under the window, tobacco smoke enters the room, the blue backlight of the hotel building also enters the room, the room next to the technical elevator.
We are with a four-month-old child, and probably if the hotel wanted us to return to them, we could move into a high room with a view of the beautiful neighboring park.
Let me remind you - the hotel is EMPTY!
There was no desire and no time to ask to move us, but we will definitely not return to this hotel anymore.
Otherwise: the staff is good, the breakfasts are meager, the coffee is very bad, the hotel is clean.

From here, of course, you can see Ararat and Akhtanak - Victory Park, and the abandoned Aragil restaurant. But there are two roads leading up the mountain here. Saralandj is a serpentine. During rush hour in the evening, you are guaranteed to get an hour or an hour and a half, where in the morning it takes 2 minutes. Walking is faster. The second road is Komitas Avenue. This is the world champion in traffic jams. This is not some kind of Moscow. The subway is down in the city. The hotel is on the mountain. There is no subway here. All the entertainment is down in the center. Train your legs!

Как часто и бывает, сеть такого уровня это безпроигрышный вариант. Персонал на высшем уровне, завтраки сетевые, а потому разнообразные, номера чистые и удобные, постельное бельё приятное инфраструктура развита. Спортзала, можно сказать, что нет, но если очень постараться, то приспособиться можно. Парк примыкает, шикарный вид. До центра рукой подать. Если не любите много ходить по ступенькам, то узнайте график эскалатора на каскаде, иначе прийдёт каждый раз вызывать такси. По мне, так подъём перед сном по каскаду только в пользу, но это на любителя.

We chose this hotel because we were in Yerevan for the first time.We had a late check-in, we were well received, there are no complaints about the staff at all.The hotel is clean, the location is not bad, not far from the center.We initially asked for a room with a mountain view, but they didn't give it to us, although the hotel was practically empty.The shower was constantly leaking water, it was not very comfortable to swim out of there).Noise isolation is completely absent from the word!!Since 4 a.m., we listened to a drunk man talking on the phone in the next room.The furniture is outdated.And the smell is not very pleasant in the room...Would I go back to this hotel? I will definitely say no.

Мы останавливались тут на неделю и в целом все понравилось.
+ вкусная еда на завтраке и в ресторанах
+ комфортные кровати
+ номера чистые и приятные
+ хороший интернет
+ приятный вид на парк, в котором можно погулять и покататься на аттракционах
+ проводят вечеринки с диджеями
+ хорошее расположение
+ тёплый бассейн, в котором обычно не очень много людей
+ интересные интерьеры
+ отличные добрые горничные
- ОЧЕНЬ долгое обслуживание в ресторане, вкусно, но ждать приходится по часу и больше (однажды вообще не принесли)
- доставляют в номер все тоже долго, за бокалами или льдом лучше спускаться самим (тоже была ситуация, когда вообще не принесли)
- к телевизорам в отеле ничего не подключить, такова местная политика видите ли
- еда на завтраке зачастую холодная, подносы не подогревают
- в прачечных плохо стирают вещи, вернули просто поглаженными, с теми же пятнами что были
- по какой-то причине нет ёршика в туалете…
Больше всего впечатлений получили от сотрудников бара внизу - Гранта и Рубена. Единственные компетентные сотрудники и вообще хорошие люди. Делают прекрасные коктейли, с ними приятно общаться, помогали нам с трудностями, с которыми мы сталкивались за неделю. Им за это отдельная благодарность!

The hotel staff refused to give the pill, and the girl at the reception even began to raise her voice and tell me that I myself was obliged to warn about allergies. I'm sorry, but no! You have an allergen, and you should warn me about it, and not raise your voice at me and say that only I am to blame for the situation. They did not apologize, there is only a dispute and disrespect in the dialogue! I asked to talk to the manager, they said to come tomorrow. In general, the service is terrible against the background of the entire network, and more resembles the attitude of the staff in the guest house than the global network. The girl at the reception does not care at all, and that quincke's edema could have started, and that the person became ill, and my attempts to convey to the hotel that they should have warned. This is a lesson for me and thank you for everything, but your hotel is one, and we will not come to you anymore, and we will not recommend you! If you want good service, then you won't get it here! Отель супер! В номерах классная современная мебель. На первом этаже кафе, где очень вкусная еда. Куриный суп рекомендую. А на верхнем этаже есть ресторан-бар, где всегда весело и вкусно.
Расположен не очень удобно, в центр ехать на такси, пешком далековато.

Всегда останавливаюсь в этой гостинице в Ереване, стоимость проживания немного завышена, уже можно было бы сделать небольшой косметический ремонт в ванных комнатах некоторых номеров и потолок бассейна в чувство привести, в остальном все хорошо, это так, вдруг управляющий прочитает и примет меры), Хорошая гостиница, есть бассейн хамам, сауна, в летний период есть уличные лежаки, рекомендую)

I wouldn't want to live in the middle of a disco. After 20.00, the hotel turns into one huge dance hall. There is loud music everywhere, which comes from the disco located on the 7th floor. My room was on the third, but I couldn't talk to my wife in the room normally, I had to raise my voice to hear each other. I'm not talking about sleeping. The whole hotel is rocked by dance music from the roof to the basement. And it happens every day. To all questions and requests, the staff shrugs and declares that this is the norm for their hotel, they say they don't see anything terrible in this. In such a hotel, it's not that you can't relax, but it's also dangerous for the psyche. This is the first time I have encountered such a clear attitude towards guests. This is some kind of scam and hangout and not a hotel. It's a shame redisson.

Все на высшем уровне, очень приветливый персонал, в номерах новая мебель, очень чисто. Расположение прекрасное, в тихом месте находится, выйдя можно прогуляться по парку и так же не спеша прогулочным шагом спустится в центр по каскаду.

Напротив смотровой площадки города Еревана расположен этот отель. Весь город как на ладони. Если с погодой повезет, горы Арарат большой и маленький увидите во всей их красе !!! Сам отель очень понравился!! Вежливый персонал на ресепшен,большие и уютные номера,вкусная еда на завтраки. Цены выше средних для отелей Еревана,но это того стоит!! Отличный спа .Хамам,джакузи,сауна,бассейн с комфортной для плавания температурой воды.

Отель не новый, реконструкция очень проситься. Еда однообразная на завтраки, точно завтраки не как в отеле 5 звезд. Рядом парк развлечений. Есть где прогуляться, но музыка ежедневно слышна до поздно, хотя спать мне не мешала. Далековато до центра, пешком не дойти! В будущем буду селиться в другом отеле!

Мы приезжали в Ереван отметить юбилей и останавливались в Radisson на 5 дней - отличная гостиница! Комплимент при заселении, бесплатное продление номера при выезде, наш багаж оперативно доставили в номер, пока мы проходили регистрацию заезда. Замечательный SPA с всесезонным бассейном, мягкими лежаками и вместительным джакузи. Летом там раздвигают панорамные окна и получается прямой выход от бассейна к солярию на территории. На завтрак делают свежевыжатые соки, шведский стол вполне разнообразный и очень большой выбор выпечки и вкусных десертов. Территория граничит с Парком Победы, тихий и спокойный район, рядом Стелла и Каскад. В центр Еревана можно спуститься по Каскаду и неспешным шагом пройти минут 20, ну или на такси. Очень приятные уютные номера, гостеприимный и радушный персонал, отличная уборка номеров. Красивый ресторан в тропическом стиле и с панорамным видом на город. Нам всё очень понравилось, обязательно вернёмся))

В отеле довольно уставший ремонт(притом везде и в номерах и в местах общего пользования). Расположение тоже не самое хорошее, если хотите гулять по центру придется много топать ножками или ездить на такси(особенно летом). К персоналу нет никаких вопросов, все как всегда на высоте. В общем за эту цену можно присмотреть именно в Ереване и что то другое

Out of habit, we stayed at our favorite hotel chain, expected the appropriate service, based on the declared five stars and previous experience of visiting hotels of this chain. Problems immediately began - a poorly cleaned room, with someone else's hair scattered, with a torn chair and tired repairs. They kindly changed us to a higher-class room and brought us a plate of nuts and sweets as an apology.
Everything was crossed out by the fact that this hotel has terrible audibility and from 7:30 in the morning until the very check-out, we alternately heard laughter, screams, screams, swearing and moaning from behind the interior door. They called the reception - the situation was not resolved, claiming that everything was according to international standards. However, we heard literally every word of the conversation behind the wall, I don't say anything about bed games at all - this is an outright shame, the level of a roadside motel.
On the top floor of the hotel there is a bamboo bar with discos.
If you come with your family and your goal is to relax and sleep, I advise you to find another hotel. So far, the worst experience of visiting Radisson hotels

Проживал в этом отеле с супругой в июне 2023. Впечатления исключительно положительные, отели этой сети не разочаровали ни разу. Персонал всегда идёт навстречу, в том числе повышая категорию номера. Мы проживали в люксе, несмотря на то, что бронировали категорию ниже.
Бесплатная комфортно расположенная парковка очень порадовала, в Ереване так далеко не везде.
Завтраки на 4, в сравнении с другими отелями этой сети. Мы так и не разобрались, почему в один день гостям предлагали шампанское, а в другие нет.
