We checked out ahead of time and changed our hotel. The furniture in the rooms is quite old and needs to be updated. The rooms are small, and if you open your suitcase, there is no room for passage. The most amazing thing is the view from the window, we had a superior room, a view of the back of the Radisson sign, a photo is attached. The first thing that made an unpleasant impression was the huge number of people at the reception, creating a buzz and noise, it seemed that you were not in a five—star hotel, but in a market. no one helps with the suitcases, you carry them yourself, even though we are still with a baby, a stroller. The room is cleaned only when it is convenient for the staff, a guy came in today, we were all in the room, I asked him to clean later, he said I'm sorry, but you are the last ... at the same time, we were not in the room this morning and naturally no one came in during our absence. Requests to warm the baby's food, which is one and a half years old, were carried out through gritted teeth. Water is not brought to the room every day, it is given upon check-in, and we did not receive it for the next two days. There are no dental cleaning kits in the five star hotel! There is almost nothing in the mini bar. Of the advantages, I can mention two restaurants located at the hotel, they were delicious and had a fairly comfortable bed and clean linens.
