They cheated us with the transfer. We arrived in Istanbul, we had agreed on the transfer with them in advance. They sent us a link for payment, we paid. At the appointed time and place, no transfer came to pick us up from the airport. We arrived at the hotel by taxi. The hotel even sent photos and instructions where to stand and wait so that they could pick us up at the hotel. By the way, we paid 80 euros. But in fact, the taxi cost us about 40 dollars on the spot. So draw your own conclusion. No one returned the money for the transfer that the hotel did not provide.

The hotel is centrally located, however, we had problems with WiFi connection and the top floor restaurant was busy serving conference members only. We had to go to the ground floor restaurant, which had a limited choice on menu. The service was good and stuff helpful.

The hotel has both pros and cons... as everywhere else) Of the advantages, I would note - good breakfasts, responsive staff, within walking distance of the metro, slept comfortably, large beds, several height pillows to choose from. On the downside: all rooms with a view of the Golden Horn are noisy, there is a busy road below, and you need to ask for a higher floor. The rooms are tired, but clean. This is my favorite hotel! It's not the first time I've stayed there! The staff is friendly and the location is excellent, very convenient. Delicious breakfasts, a pleasant SPA area. My room had just a beautiful view! The bathroom has everything you need: shower gel, shampoo, balm, body cream, which is very convenient, you do not need to carry all this with you. Only I would like better slippers in the room, what we were provided with was sad, and the floors are very cold in autumn.

Great hotel. The room is beautiful, with a view of the Golden Horn. Clean, everything is comfortable. A large bed, a comfortable mattress and 2 types of pillows. We had a welcome plate of fruit upon arrival. The only negative is the noise of the road at night. Next to the subway. Istiklal is a 10-minute walk away, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Galataport is a 20-minute walk away. We liked everything. I recommend.

I do not know in what year BC this hotel received five stars.. I appreciate the very tired interior, furniture, plumbing. In our room, the shower door was frankly wobbly. The staff is excellent and friendly. Let's put it this way: to spend a couple of nights, if you need this location, it will do. Near the metro and the lively streets in the Galata area with a lot of restaurants. Among the attractions within walking distance are the Galata Tower itself and the unique local flavor. The rooms range from an unfortunate view of the unfinished building opposite, to a view of the bay and the old town. Our semi/view is attached as a photo. The windows are panoramic to the floor, they do not open. Personally, I was stuffy. A busy motorway is a couple of meters away from the hotel, however, the noise did not prevent you from sleeping. The breakfast was not impressive at all, well, there were boiled eggs, it will do in the morning. Breakfasts in hotels are generally not their strongest points. Lunches and dinners were not appreciated, they ate in restaurants around.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this beautiful hotel and were absolutely delighted! We returned here again after 1.5 years, and the changes were simply amazing. From the very beginning, we were greeted by friendly staff who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Upon check—in, we were upgraded to a chic room with a balcony, and also treated to complimentary Turkish coffee - such a pleasant gesture! The hotel is located in the very center, next to Taksim Square, many shops and restaurants. Easy access to all the sights of Istanbul. I recommend choosing rooms with views of the Golden Horn Bay and on the upper floors — the views are simply amazing! The breakfasts have also changed for the better: an excellent selection of dishes, everything is very tasty and of high quality. The rooms are spacious, beautifully renovated and have a comfortable bed — the pillows are such that you don't want to wake up! There is a coffee machine with capsules in the room, which adds comfort. I can't help but mention the magnificent spa: clean, with an excellent swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Special thanks to the staff of Fahriye and Yusuf, who made our vacation even better by fulfilling all our requests and always meeting us halfway. In general, this place has become a real oasis of coziness and comfort for us. I recommend it to everyone!

Well, there was a partial bay, but there was a busy highway below - the window couldn't be opened, the noise was eerie even at night. The battery could not be turned off. I booked a chain hotel in the hope of getting high-quality service according to the company's standards. Unfortunately, everything was spoiled by the local mentality, the desire to deceive everyone, to put it mildly. When checking in, they tried to conduct a classic divorce with a deposit. It was announced "You need a card or $ 100 in cash to guarantee the safety of the minibar." Never do this, otherwise you will never see your money (especially dangerous with a card). After a discussion, rejecting this offer, they said pay 50 lira and we will empty your minibar so that you do not steal anything from it. What nonsense! When asked to invite a senior manager, they said they would do it for free. When I entered the room, the bar was already empty, and then the boy came to empty it. The scheme is clear, give me the money in advance for the minibar, but it's already empty! In addition, the shower room was dirty and the faucet did not work well. Breakfast for 4. I highly do not recommend this hotel. Be vigilant, do not see each other at the "Turkish hospitality".

The most terrible hotel of the Radisson chain in which I had to stay. Extremely tired interior, noisy enough because of the broken window mechanism, I even had to call the master. The adventures began from the moment of settlement - it was not possible to pay with Gazprombank's UnionPay cards (neither debit nor credit worked), so I paid with a foreign debit card. However, the receptionist asked for a credit card to block the deposit for the minibar. The Kazakh bank rejected the blocking and the hotel staff found nothing better than emptying the minibar from the room (thank you for leaving the water)). I am a regular guest of the Radisson network and a member of the loyalty program with Premium status, and this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude. There is no need to talk about any upgrade of the room and compliments from the hotel)) Breakfasts are a separate story) I have not met a more meager choice of food and such poor quality in any Radisson and Park Inn hotel. A very strong contrast compared to the Hilton Bomonti Hotel, where I spent the first part of my trip to Istanbul. Complete disappointment in the Radisson network

The oldest and most dilapidated Radisson of those where the rooms were smaller than in other hotels. The location is good - up to 5 minutes and you immediately get to Istiklal Street (local Arbat). By food: breakfast is normal, except for desserts - there is not a single delicious one, some of the desserts are burnt - it is impossible even to cut with a knife. Up to full - fledged 5***** Istanbul's Radisson Blu Hotel was a little short. Although the rooms are quite spacious, clean and well equipped, including convenient "little things" in the form of an iron with an ironing board, a bathrobe with slippers, a kettle with cups, and in the business rooms there is a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. We took 2 rooms – standard and business, the main difference between which is the view from the window. In business, this is a wonderful panorama of the old city on the other side of the Golden Horn Strait, and in standard it is a piece of a dull courtyard and communications. Nimble, stable free Wi-Fi, large plasma TV (Russian-language Channel One was discovered), safe, hair dryer, daily renewable complimentary bottled water. The set of toiletries is good, but the shower itself is structurally unsuccessful: it is cramped, and even opens inside, you have to leak into it. Excellent conference facilities (we were at an off-site business event in 2018). The SPA pleased with the fact of its existence, but disappointed with the small size of the pool and non-working options: a dry Jacuzzi and an indoor hammam. Breakfasts for 15 € could have been richer and more interesting (there was tension with hot dishes). We didn't get a check-out at the reception until we checked the inviolability of the minibar. In general, we were very satisfied with the stay
