A very atmospheric place! A beautiful classical building. Amazing breakfasts, the taste of which is remembered for a long time, as well as the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, who set you in a good mood for the coming day. I consider the lack of a shower with a flexible hose in the bathroom to be a very significant disadvantage! Although a wall-mounted shower is the norm for the UK, it must be borne in mind that such a design will be unusual and inconvenient for many foreign guests, especially in a hotel of a well-known global chain. I also lowered my grade for personal reasons. Being a participant of the highest possible level in the loyalty program of this hotel chain, I did not expect to receive a room with windows to the courtyard and the need for repeated reminders of a welcome gift in the room.
