We stayed at this hotel during the Chinese celebration of China Day in October 2025. And it turned out to be a great solution. The location is just perfect - in the heart of Shanghai, close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants. It's just great to walk along the busy Nanjing Road in the evening and quickly walk back to your room. I like that! It smells delicious at the entrance to the hotel, and the staff is friendly (there was a Russian-speaking girl at the reception). Money can be exchanged at the reception if necessary. We had a room on the 27th floor with a view of the city. There is an iron, ironing board and other important little things in the room, daily cleaning. Excellent breakfasts (a wide variety of hot dishes, fresh fruits, pastries, local and European cuisine) On the 47th floor there is a 360-degree restaurant that rotates in a circle, and there is also a night bar on the floor above. The hotel has a swimming pool with saunas and a fitness room, but we only went to see them))) It's great that there is a door right next to the elevators that leads you directly to a huge shopping center, you can not even go outside in hot (or cold weather), but immediately comfortably enter the shopping center. Radisson Blu New World is a place that not only provides comfort and coziness, but also creates a festive atmosphere and beauty (just look at the photos of what beautiful halls there are). We left with pleasant emotions, I want to come back again.

I really liked this hotel! The location is top-notch! It's beautiful inside. I would like to mention the work of the reception, the service is excellent, they met very well! I especially want to thank the Olivera manager for his work, who was very welcoming and polite, even made us an upgrade of the room with a great view and gave us a cool mini-bar set in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Radisson Hotels! The location is the best, opposite a large park and metro, on the left there is a promenade street with shops to the embankment, you can also get from the hotel without going outside to the shopping center. The hotel itself is clean, everything is cleaned, supplemented. It is better to come to breakfast earlier, because of the number of people there may not be enough space for boarding, as well as food is not supplemented by the end of 40 minutes, just exactly 10 (when breakfast ends) will be asked to leave. The food is different, fried dumplings, boiled Peking cabbage, smoked mackerel, tomatoes, cucumbers, omelette, sausages (tasteless), waffles, noodle soup, cheeses, watermelon, melon, dragon fruit, boiled corn, juices, ice cream, coffee, tea. You can eat :) Concierges can not only load and unload things, but also order a taxi and receive a parcel (as at the post office) conveniently :). Check-in is fast, spacious and clean room. I was on the 32nd floor, all the sights are at a glance! The breakfasts are varied and you will enjoy Chinese and European cuisine, all with a good assortment. There were minor flaws due to pesky beggars and offering shopping with massage (maybe 2in1)))))) near the entrance to the hotel, but the view from the window, especially in the evening, made up for everything!
