The hotel is very beautiful. There is a wonderful fragrance at the reception, I even bought one for myself at home. The territory is small but well-maintained, frangipani trees are everywhere, flowers fall into pools and onto the road - it's very beautiful and the smell is appropriate. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Repairs are required in some places, but they don't really catch the eye. Cleaning for 4. While walking to the beach at 6 a.m., you can watch how workers in national triangular hats clean the territory. Atmospheric. The beach is also being taken care of, the only drawbacks are the condition of the sun beds and their number for the entire beach - 20 sun beds and only 10 umbrellas. It was possible to borrow if they arrived before 7-8 in the morning. The products are of high quality, there is plenty to choose from, but many dishes are nationally specific. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. If we're around, we'll definitely stop again.

A good five-star hotel in Cam Ranh, which is only called a city, but in fact there is nothing there at all, not even shops, only resorts on the shore. The territory is very beautiful, green and large, you can walk around, a buggy arrives at the bell. There are 2 swimming pools, there is a restaurant, the main building is beautiful both inside and out, there is a mini art gallery, there are also breakfasts, excellent in their variety, for every taste. The beach from the hotel is not big, white sand and blue sea without waves. We rented a villa on the 1st line. It is clean, beautiful, cozy, has its own small pool, sun beds. A nice measured and relaxing vacation away from the bustling Nha Trang. Nha Trang is about 30 minutes away by taxi and 10 minutes to the airport. At the same time, proximity to the airport does not interfere at all. I liked everything very much.

We lived in a deluxe room. There are all hygiene products in the room, more than enough towels, there is an iron and ironing board. They clean daily, if you put up a "do not disturb" sign after the call, it will be cleaned at a convenient time. There is tea, sugar, instant coffee in the room, no bar at all, 5-6 bottles of water each. We've had more than enough for the two of us. Large loggia with two armchairs and a sunbed. The sea view is very beautiful. There are two pools 1.2 and there is a children's pool 0.5-06. There are few sun beds on the sea, there are upholstered chairs. In my opinion, there are few sun beds near the pools, but there are plenty of beach towels. We have three meals a day, if you only take breakfast, you will have to go somewhere, because there are no cafes or food kiosks nearby. The food is delicious and varied, and there is a good selection of seafood dishes. There are delicious desserts for breakfast and dinner, delicious fruits and always enough. I can't say anything about alcohol: I don't drink alcohol. m.b. it's worth noting that the situation is not very good with the opportunity to drink coffee: there is one barista, you almost always have to wait a long time and one almost non-working vending machine. But these are small things, the rest was a success. We had a vacation in Vietnam 4 times.

It's a great hotel, we really liked it here the first time, the Deluxe room, the beach - clean sand, warm, blue sea, not many people on the beach, decent food, nice friendly staff, large hotel area and all this on the first line. Of the cons, there are only 20 sun beds, but this is not a problem, mostly Russians sunbathe. Koreans and Chinese avoid the sun (mostly I pose for the camera!))) In general, compared to other hotels, the beach is very free at any time. There are 4 swimming pools on the territory, there are separate villas, each with its own pool.

We've been there twice. For the first time at the end of September 2024. The first impression is that the hotel is super! The second one is exactly the same. My wife had VIP status. Upon check-in, the room level was raised from Deluxe to Executive. The number is different. Access to the Lounge on the 13th floor. We arrived at 10 a.m. While we were making out the room, we sent it for breakfast. Then they immediately settled in. There is a welcome fruit basket and a bottle of wine in the room. The hotel is perfect - all rooms have a sea view! Two swimming pools, pool bars, SPA. We took it with breakfast and dinner. The food is awesome! There is a buffet for breakfast. We couldn't try all the different dishes in a week. At the same time, everything is very tasty! Dinners - Friday and Saturday - themed buffet - grill bar and seafood bar. On other days, set menu is a choice of two options - an Asian menu and a European one. It's still incredibly delicious. Maintenance is space - everyone is running around and trying to please you with all their might. The sea is not warm, but downright hot. There are 10 umbrellas on the beach with two sun beds and a table under each one. But there are always places. We were always practically alone on the beach. Most visitors swim in the pools, but there is no rush there either - there are always free places. Unobtrusive, calm music is playing softly throughout the territory. WiFi to the sea is not enough, but there are no problems in the rest of the territory. Room cleaning every day. They replenish their water reserves. The hotel is for people who just want to relax. There are no noisy discos, no screaming children. Just relaxing. There is a daily transfer to Nha Trang and back to the Gold Coast shopping Center. But you need to register a day in advance at the reception. We arrived for the second time in February 2025. We were a little unlucky with the weather - there were waves and swimming was forbidden. But the problems started with the settlement. There was a young new employee at the reception who kept running away to consult with the manager. The room level has not been raised. They didn't give me breakfast. No fruit or wine in the room. Access to the Lounge, however, was still given, but with difficulty. At the same time, my wife had a birthday on the day of check-in, but no one cares. The breakfasts are just as great as the dinners when there was a buffet. But set menu dinners have become a complete mess - as if it were impossible to eat completely different chefs. Because of this, we went to dinner for money at the Blue Lobster restaurant, which is located on the territory of the hotel, but there for money. Although they made a discount on the bill of 600,000 DONG due to the fact that they came to them and not for a paid dinner. The service at the hotel was also excellent. In general, the second time, compared to the first, brought some negative impressions. But anyway, we decided to come again and see for sure what will happen there and how. The overall impression of the hotel is a solid top five. Well done!

Good afternoon. Almost a month has passed since our vacation in Vietnam. After the emotions left, I decided to write a review about the hotel where we stayed in July 2025 - Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh 5*. Overall, the hotel is very nice, large, and the grounds are very well maintained. The hotel has a lot of interesting activities, delicious food for breakfast, a mini-water park, two excellent pools. These are all the advantages that we have noted for ourselves. But there are many more negative aspects.: 1. Our acquaintance with the hotel began a few days before arrival, when I wrote them an email. Radisson has a loyalty program for loyal Customers called radisson rewards. As part of the program, my maximum participation level is VIP. I requested an upgrade of the room to the villa level, as provided by the program. In response to my letter about the privileges for the participants, they wrote to me: this is impossible, but we will provide you with free water as a compliment))). I hoped that the issue would be resolved upon arrival at the hotel. But the reception was refused even if there were available villas. They asked the senior manager to come over. A senior manager came and informed them that they had their own rules and such an upgrade was impossible. Other upgrade options were also not offered, citing the lack of alternatives. When I showed the manager on the radisson website the availability of rooms, he said that he could not help in any way. The reason for the refusal was clear: the hotel was hoping to make money, hoping that someone would book these vacant villas. The manager's behavior was defiant: he argued, interrupted, behaved emotionally and impolitely. It's strange that this is acceptable in a hotel of this level. I would like to note that the day before departure, the same manager called us and offered to upgrade to the same room, but a little more. We abandoned this idea because it's strange to move somewhere with your belongings at the end of your vacation. From the experience of staying in dozens of radisson hotels, I can say that it was the worst experience. For the first time as part of the radisson loyalty program for regular Customers, I really couldn't take advantage of the privileges for regular members. 2) The condition of the room at the time of check-in was terrible: mosquitoes were not cleaned, the walls were stained and dirty, and a torn cot for my 15-year-old son. The mosquitoes had clearly been in the room and on the balcony for a long time, from a few days to several weeks. They just weren't cleaned. Mold was found in the room, allergy sufferers need to be careful. I'm attaching a photo. I can't imagine how this is possible in a five-star hotel. I hope that the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism staff will pay attention to the discrepancy in the quality of services at the hotel; 3) an interesting feature of the Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh 5* hotel is that almost none of the hotel staff greets you. It was amazing for us, because before that we were in a five-star hotel in Fukuoka, and every employee there, from the janitor to the manager, is the first to tell you: Xin chao. Here we could say hello, and there was silence in response. 4) the low level of organization of the work of the hotel staff is also indicated by the fact that no one met us at the entrance. We arrived in a rented car at about 10 p.m. and there was no one from the staff to help us with our luggage. At the same time, during the day we saw how these employees worked and helped with the luggage of other hotel guests. 5) The cleanliness of the breakfast room is far from ideal. Pieces of food and dirty dishes or glasses left by other tourists lie on the distribution line for a long time. 6) upon check-in, if you are a member of the radisson rewards and out of good memory you will go to a quick check-in through a special counter for the participants of the radisson rewards, you will still be sent to the general queue. I do not know why this is so. There may not be enough staff for a dedicated reception desk. There was also a lack of variety of European and seafood dishes. The general impression is that the hotel is fading away due to management errors and insufficient staff work. And those who go for a radisson-level service will be greatly disappointed by its absence. I would like to wish the owners of the hotel to conduct staff training, change some managers, and train the staff in the rules of the radisson network, including the specifics of working with regular guests. Unfortunately, we did not feel welcome at this hotel.

We were at the Radisson Blu today on a daytime guest visit. It's a beautiful territory, but we were stupidly dumped!!! A huge dislike for the lack of customer loyalty and misinformation when buying an entrance. In short, they took the most expensive passes for 500, etc., as the girl said, which include dinner and of these five hundred, 400, etc. goes to deposit in bars. Cocktails average 200-250 etc., Saigon beer 60 etc., pizza 260 etc. As a result, we waited until dinner, came in and.... We were told to pay 200 more per person, etc. It's not about money, but in principle! All attempts to explain that we were told that dinner was included in the price or we would have gone to another hotel did not act on the staff. They "worked" as a team protecting their employee and they didn't give a damn about the client! We've been to the Radisson network many times in Russia, and they definitely wouldn't have done that there, but would have just let the client eat and wouldn't have tried to shield their employee for his deception. As a result, a ruined day of vacation and a very bad fallout about the entire Radisson network! 👎

Everything is far away. There are no cafes or shops nearby where you can buy water and fruits. On-site food prices are cosmic. 0.5 liters of drinking water are put in the room per person per day. A 0.5 liter bottle of water in the bar costs 3-4 dollars
