The hotel is a little old, of course, but the breakfasts are delicious, the service was excellent, Galata is just around the corner, the metro is nearby, I recommend it...if you are not extremely picky ... in the suite room, for example, one door to the terrace did not open :)

Price is quality. The rooms are a little tired. The view is great, the breakfasts too.
