The hotel left only the most pleasant impressions! The location is great: right in the center of the pedestrian street, everything is nearby and very convenient. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is simply excellent — a large selection, everything is delicious. I would especially like to mention the staff — they are very attentive and caring. They saw that it was my birthday on the day of arrival — they checked in earlier, prepared a greeting card, a cake and presented a coupon to the bar on the 30th floor. We helped with any issues, from currency exchange to Chinese applications. I've loved the Radisson chain for a long time, and this hotel has become another reason!

Comfortable rooms. Cleaning every day. Delicious breakfast. Excellent location in the center of Shanghai. There are two metro lines nearby (2 and 10). Exit 4 of the green 2 line is the most convenient. There are many attractions around, a cafe shopping center within walking distance. There is a small footcourt and a convenience store at the entrance to the hotel. There is a decent Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor. I recommend the Peking duck!

It's a lovely hotel. Location on the central pedestrian street, above the metro station of the main line. The airport can be reached by metro in 47 minutes without traffic jams and for 80 rubles (7 yuan). I lived there twice, on the 21st and 23rd floor, the view is beautiful. You need to arrive early for breakfast, otherwise there may not be enough seats in the hall. Breakfast is expensive, for this money you can posh it in a local cafe, but they may not understand you there, but here the buffet is). If you buy a room for three (two + a child) through booking, for example, they automatically offer a room with one (albeit very large) bed!

It's a nice hotel, very much so! The location is great, you can walk to many attractions. I recommend using trailers under the river to get to the tower, sometimes faster than a taxi, which is interesting. The hotel itself is clean, the cleaning is excellent, towels and a good bed, plenty of disposable accessories. In winter, if it's windy, the room is slightly cool, but there is a climate control system in the rooms. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, which is also very nice. Of the cons, there are only 2 restaurants in the hotel, a decent price tag and always book a place in advance. But the food is delicious, I do not recommend steak, for those who are gourmets, you will not like it! The breakfasts are great, I was on New Year's Eve.. the table is very rich, lots of fruits, good coffee, and generally a wide selection of both Chinese and European cuisine. Pancakes are certainly not Russian)))))))) There is everything you need near the hotel, if you do not get to the New Year holidays, then everything will work! The metro is nearby, there are several exits.. By the way, one of the metro exits is located next door to the hotel, this line runs from both airports. You don't have to take a transfer, but take the metro, which is much cheaper and more convenient.

I stopped by the hotel on my birthday. Usually, in this case, they put a pie in the room at least. They didn't even congratulate me at the reception. Breakfasts are not a fountain. I booked a Superior room, they gave it on the 22nd floor with an awesome view. There are zero complaints about the condition of the hotel, the service, the breakfasts, the room, everything is good and excellent. The location is great. We would love to move in here again. The hotel was sold as a 4-star hotel, apparently with a swimming pool, gym and bar (or whatever is required for 5 stars).
