We stayed at this hotel for a week in June 2025. Overall, I liked the hotel. The hotel is relatively new, not tired yet. The room size and furniture were quite suitable. The room was well cleaned. The reception staff is polite, competent and speaks good English. The location of the hotel is good. The hotel does not have its own beach, all beaches are urban, but this is not a question for the hotel. Breakfast was included: generally good, different food, but most of the food did not come to us, because it is from Asian cuisine. There was a sufficient assortment of fruits: 4-5 types. There are several points that the hotel management should consider. 1. The elevators do not have or do not work with air conditioners. And in all of them. You can feel it strongly when you walk into them. 2. There are no napkins on the tables in the restaurant where breakfast is served. For some reason, this fell out of the management's field of view. 3. It would be very convenient to have a currency exchange at the hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. In terms of price-quality ratio, the price tag is slightly too high.

A narrow corridor. That is, in fact, the room is quite small. By the view from the windows. if the view is not specified, then this is the wall of the neighboring house (5 meters away). That is, you can't open the curtains. If the view of the city is quite an urban landscape, there is nothing to look at. Ocean view is a partial view of the ocean, the construction is included. A full ocean view is available in a room of a higher category, it is listed as 30 meters, but it is also really small, but slightly larger than the others. In general, in Da Nang, before booking, look at the room with your own eyes and book not through booking. This hotel is 4 stars at best. And that's for the freshness. choose something else. Furamu or Palm Beach or another in Hoi An. This seems to be an international network, but it's not worth spending part of your vacation waiting for an elevator for a long time.
