Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket A large indoor area (for a hotel in Thailand), a large, interesting, almost perfectly clean swimming pool, it is pleasant to swim in it - both the temperature and the color attract. There are many sun beds with umbrellas around the pool. There is also a pool bar. There is a rental of rechargeable watercraft (from 30 minutes) for scuba diving - you can feel like Aquaman or agent 007 on an underwater mission. A large restaurant with a large selection of food and drinks. There are several accommodation options: for large companies and for a couple in love, for lovers of a hard chair, and for lovers of comfortable sofas. Accordingly, there will be a standard or low fit. The reception is staffed by attentive staff with a great desire to help. The hotel welcomed tourists from countries close to Thailand (Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, etc.), as well as from Germany, England and Australia. The two-room room is spacious. A bed with a mattress of normal softness. The sofa is also large and comfortable. The pillows are neither big nor small. The shower cabin is working fine. The central air conditioning in each room is not very noisy. It works even if there is no key card in the room. If you turn off the air conditioners at night, then you can sleep in silence, and it won't be hot. There is an excellent restaurant next to the hotel with a wide selection of Thai and European dishes. There are pizzas and burgers. There are many massage parlors. There are a couple of exchangers. After lunch, grandma arrives, who bakes delicious pancakes (pancakes with bananas and chocolate paste) with her assistant. Being in Thailand and not trying pancakes is almost a crime. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach. The beach is huge. A pair of sun loungers with an umbrella costs 200 baht per day. We were in early November, the waves were amazing, the red flags did not change. There is an amazing FantaSea Park not far from the hotel (20 minutes on foot). It has a huge territory with interesting locations, entertainment and souvenir shops. But its main purpose is an evening hour—long show about the history of Thailand with a large number of elephants, which begins at 21 o'clock. It's better to come to the park in a couple of hours, it won't be boring. You can ride an elephant for 1,200 baht for two. I recommend it for family holidays.

The hotel is great for us. If you look for any flaws, you will always find them. The bed linen was changed every day. To the sea in a leisurely 7 minutes. Nearby is a 15-minute walk to the night market. Further along the beach there is a street with all kinds of shops and eateries, you can walk slowly along the beach along the sand, or you can walk along the boardwalk. It's a long waste. It's also along the beach. The beach has a variety of sand from powdery to slightly fine-grained platbands. The beach itself is beautiful. There are waves, but if you go to the edges of the beach, there are almost none there and you can swim comfortably with children.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of August (rainy season). There are few people in the hotel. Large swimming pool, small children's pool. There is even a small slide for children, but it was closed. There is a kids' club and a gym (we didn't go there, so I can't say anything about them). Large, spacious rooms (family room with two separate bedrooms and a kitchen-living room). The room has a kettle, dishes, and a microwave. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfasts are normal , you won 't stay hungry . There was live music in the evenings. There is a good cafe and massage parlor near the hotel. The sea is across the street. You'll have to walk a little bit to the nearest civilization.

We just moved out of the Radisson today. What can I say is that the hotel is not new and for whom it is important, you need to keep this in mind. But the staff at the hotel is above all praise. We came with only emotions, but everything was decided and it was very sad to leave. What are the animators worth, we fell in love with them as a family. How they love children, and children get attached in return and are ready to live in a children's room. They were picked up with gundesh every time😂 I have never seen such a thing that every animator was involved in games and communication. They were coming up with something to keep the kids busy👍 Mai just in the very heart of Aom and all the others (I just don't know all the names, there were no badges). Thank you for the atmosphere you created during our vacation.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel staff, ESPECIALLY to the CHIEF MANAGER OF THE HOTEL, CHRISTIAN. This is my first time in Thailand and I really want to return there. There are unrealistic people there, kind, responsive, always ready to help, I have never met such people anywhere. Unfortunately, the pools did not work at our hotel upon arrival, the repair was urgent, it was not planned and of course we did not know about it, at first we were very upset, but after 5 minutes the hotel's general manager came out to us, offered to have breakfast for free (breakfast is not included in the price on the 1st day of arrival), presented a certificate for cocktails and he offered to either take us to the pool in another hotel every day, or move into it. We agreed to move to the Holiday inn Surin hotel, a 4-5-minute taxi ride from our hotel to the new one. During our entire vacation, Christian was in touch with us, helping us in absolutely every situation! When we left the hotel, we forgot very important medicines in it, we noticed this only when we arrived in Moscow. I turned back to Christian. He found our pills very quickly, paid for the delivery to transport them to Moscow, and did not charge us any money!!!! I am incredibly grateful for my vacation, for the human attitude. We really want to come to Radisson Kamala next summer! And yes, Thailand in the off-season is a cannon) the heat, not a drop of rain and the hot sea!

Great hotel. We went last year from 08/26/2017.23. We went with two children aged 5 and 16. We got into the partial rainy season, it's not critical, it's just that it wasn't always possible to go into the ocean with children. We could not find information about the hotel, it turned out that in 2021 the radisson chain bought it. Great location for 5 people (after the tsunami =>normal hotels have gone to safe zones). We lived on the 1st floor (a little further from the pool, family room = 1 bedroom, 2nd room with 2 single beds and a large guest room with its own kitchen (knives, forks and other utensils) TV + microwave... good breakfasts, fresh coffee, various pastries, room cleaning and service (there is a guide at the hotel) excellent swimming pool (you can enjoy swimming, both for children and adults). For children = the children's room was open from morning to evening, extra.animation in the afternoon, contests in the evening, exercises by the pool, 2e aqua slides. The hotel has its own restaurant with very reasonable prices, there is a massage parlor and another cafe nearby... then all the cafes are on the beach. Attention: there is no elevator in the hotel! The location is 5 minutes walk from the beach. From the rest: big C, 7/11, night and fruit market, etc. not much. But it suited us, we wanted silence and relaxation (even with 2 children) Great beach, nice lagoon on the right side. We were satisfied with the hotel and the service. Kamala is a pretty quiet and slightly cheaper place, unlike Kata or Karon. There are no active streets and other traffic. You can rent a car (for earlier state services, you need to make a European right) and then drive to explore the island.

We went with a family of 2 adults, 2 children. A good, calm hotel, it seemed to me with notes of Europe, the food is good, the breakfasts are good, there is always an egg (scramble, glaze, steep, crumpled), soups, porridge was delicious as homemade, usually they do not know how to cook in hotels, even Masala tea is, not all hotels also happen, there are a lot of fruits to choose from, watermelon, melon, pitahaya, tangerines, pineapple, passion fruit, natural yoghurts, at dinner in the restaurant the prices are reasonable, the most important thing is qualitatively cooked, there is always a choice, the rooms are spacious, clean, cleaning every day, the bed is changed immediately if they see what is dirty, usually the children got dirty, 10 minutes to the sea on foot, it is inconvenient only to cross the road, to the 7/11 store along the embankment about 15 minutes somewhere, to the pharmacy too, restaurants and cafes are full on the embankment, prices are plus or minus the same. The disadvantage is that there are few fruits sold on the street next to the hotel and the price is too high, any issues at the hotel are immediately resolved, cocktail treats were arranged in the evenings every other day, it was also nice, animators played with the children.

March 2025. the location is not bad, but something is being built behind the hotel and every morning at a certain time the rumble begins until the evening. The furniture is padded, you can still use it, and so that the cabinet doors don't fall out, they returned the screws that stick out with their caps. The parquet is fastened in places with the same screws, a very ingenious solution. The staff is responsive, they always solve problems, of course, only those that can be solved.The bathroom is clean, everything merges and works, it's also tubby and it always stinks. There's something wrong with the sewage system, and this problem doesn't seem to be solvable. The towels have holes, but they're clean and they change them every day, although they forgot on the last day or just decided that it would do anyway. The bed was changed once in 9 days. Room cleaning is a three-plus. The breakfasts are good, but monotonous, the food is complemented and there is no need to run at 7 a.m. The air conditioner is rumbling, apparently it wants to over-rumble the noise of the construction site outside the window. The beach is clean, but at the end of the beach (left side)there is a river with a smelly liquid flowing into the sea, so it's better to swim on the right side of the beach, it's clean there.Overall, the score is a 3 with a minus. I definitely wouldn't have gone to this hotel a second time. This is my opinion, but maybe someone likes such little things. But despite all of the above, I give a 5 rating to the staff and administration, but not to the hotel.

A normal hotel. The price for it is too high, but overall everything is pretty good. Breakfast is standard for Thailand. Eggs, pastries, a couple of Thai and Indian dishes, vegetables, fruits, cereals, milk, yogurt. The dishes were not very clean and sometimes even had an unpleasant smell. The coffee is so-so. The rooms are rickety, the bedroom has a view of the construction site, and the air conditioning is noisy. Nearby there are a couple of massage parlors, a shop, fruits, and an exchange rate - the exchange rate is low and the prices are too high. The road to the beach is 7 minutes past the stinky river. To a place with restaurants, shops and in general, where all the traffic is 15 minutes on foot. The dishes on the menu are average, nothing special. Cleaning is daily, there are no problems with towels, the sea and the pool are different. We lived on the 4th floor, there is no elevator, it is not very convenient with a child. The slide to the pool is contactless. The staff is friendly. I won't go a second time, 12000b for the night is too much.

The hotel is average. There are no Russian-speaking managers, which is very inconvenient. I had to communicate through a telephone translator. The service at the hotel is normal. In principle, the rooms are normal, clean and spacious. But this is not the radisson level. Of course, the doors and furniture are shabby, but for such a price they are normal. The robes had holes in them. They asked for it and immediately replaced it. The tiles in the pool are falling off, so be careful to cut the rice. The food for breakfast is normal. Lunch and dinner were not taken. There is a nice big cafe nearby (closer to the road, next to another hotel), tasty and quiet. The prices are good. But far from civilization. Those who don't like walking won't really like it.

I read a lot of bad reviews and was very worried about the quality of the hotel, but we really liked the hotel. A large room of 64 sq. m., for 4 people, a balcony overlooking the pool, a gorgeous pool, the food was excellent, calm, not a lot of fresh towels for the pool, but for us it's nothing. The disadvantage is that the road in front of the beach is wide. Well, we didn't like the beach, we went to other places.There were delicious cafes nearby. Seven is a long way off.

What can I say... this hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The period is 12.02.- 27.02.2025. The network has nothing in common with accepted international standards. We live in room 1114, an interesting location) there is a billiard table through the wall, the sound of breaking balls is clearly audible. There is a bar opposite the front door. With people who smoke. We stopped by the room and were horrified. The smell of dampness, half of the light bulbs not working, noisy air conditioners (they really make noise like an airplane turbine), water pours from the ceiling from the air conditioner. The walls, doors, and floors are deformed, peeling, and split. There are 3 towels for 4 people, and it was possible to solve this problem only the next day. My friends lived in the room on the 3rd floor / so they have scanty water pressure in the shower. The pool is not bad, but it is designed for a small number of people. There are few sun beds and they take up space at 7 a.m. The breakfasts are quite normal, but the lunches and dinners are ugly. Small selection, terrible preparation, long wait. Tom yam is not edible, and so on. Good staff. There is no private beach, the beach is about 700-1000 m away on foot. Of course, the negative is blurred by the impression of rest and excursions. However, I will never return to this hotel again. I will update the review after check-out. An unpleasant incident occurred while leaving the hotel. The transfer to the airport has arrived, I'm handing over the keys and the room. They roll out the bill for payment and show me the checks, which are not signed by me or my family members. Someone at the hotel called my room and recorded their dinners and drinking parties on me. Figured it out. To pay tribute, they sorted it out and removed other people's checks. It turned out later that my husband had already been billed at the bar. I paid indiscriminately. Apparently they liked it. Collect all the payment receipts and try to pay immediately. It gets more interesting. They open the envelope with the deposit and give it to me.... I say that this is not mine and ask for the new bill to be returned, to which I receive an explosion of negativity and a demand to produce photos that confirm that my bill was new. Like that. After an altercation with the friendly staff, the aunt leaves with a box of all the deposit money around the corner, and returns with new bills. Obviously, the old one will also be stuck in someone's envelope. All this is done at your departure in the hope that you won't waste time figuring it out. An ugly attitude.

The hotel is worn out, it doesn't match the brand and the stars! The rooms are old. The laminate is worn, scratched and swollen in places. There is not enough lighting in the rooms. The curtains and tulle have not been washed and stink of dust. The curtain rods are covered in a thick layer of dust. There was never a wet cleaning, only sweeping, and even then there were branches from the broom. First, we were given a room on the second floor, the air conditioner dripped for three days, the leak was not fixed, and we were moved to a room on the first floor. This room does not have a balcony and smells strongly of sewage in the shower. The only new thing in the rooms was the TV, and we didn't watch that one. The breakfasts were delicious, varied, and we didn't go hungry. The hotel's remoteness from shops is sad, there are three massage parlors and three cafes with Indian cuisine nearby (one was poisoned). But the sea is across the road, it's not long to go. The hotel has an entertainment program for children, water aerobics. There is a billiard room, TVs in the lobby with sports channels. The pool is clean, with lots of chipped tiles at the bottom. There is a slide for children. There are two bridges with electrical wiring hanging from the bottom, which is unsafe. The hotel staff does their best for the guests.

Don't believe the bad reviews. If you're going on vacation instead of looking for flaws, then everything will be great. It turned out to be a wonderful vacation with three children at this hotel. There are fresh fruits and red fish for breakfast. Yes, the hotel itself is not new, but it is so homely. We were happy in it. The room is large, everyone is comfortable.

Not-before-radisson! We were there from 04/4.25 to 04/14.25. About the hotel: 1. The general infrastructure needs to be repaired. In the pool, the tiles are chipped off in places and just lie there, not fixed, which is traumatic. Plus the pool- we swam in it until late, no one kicked us out. 2. The numbers are the same. Everything was fucked up, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the lights weren't on, the conduits were incredibly noisy, as if you were on a plane, and the condee pump was constantly spewing water onto the floor, but it couldn't be repaired, but they tried, they tried. One air conditioner did not cool at all, but warmed. 3. Cleaning is a formality, 7min 30 sec per room. 4. There were not enough towels for 4 people. 5. Well, it would be nice to have a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, since 80% of the guests speak Russian. Location: 1. Close to the beach 5-7 minutes slowly. Although there is still a busy road to overcome. 2. The sea is clean and calm (it has not been infected with rotovirus). Although the drains go there (apparently they manage to filter through the sand) 3. Cafes, market and shops are 12-15 minutes away, slowly walking along the beach. 4. There are 3 massage parlors nearby, we went to the largest one near the Marina hotel. A normal place. But Radisson remains a Non-Radisson (the rest did not spoil, but it also did not meet expectations).

We stayed at this hotel in April for 10 days. A Russian girl met us at the reception, the staff was friendly. That's where the advantages end. The view from the room was on one side of the pool, on the other of the unfinished houses and the cowshed. There is a manhole directly under the window, which always smells, because of this, the window cannot be opened. The air conditioner in our room was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep. There was always a light on in the closet opposite the bed, which also got in the way. The furniture is very old and dirty. The room is cleaned for the sake of appearance – the floor is wiped in visible places. You can't look in the toilet/shower without tears! Bugs crawl around the toilet, they don't wash inside at all, there is also dirt and mold in the shower stall, the towels are very old. The water in the faucet smells unpleasant, and after a week of use, irritation appeared on the body. There is black mold in the air conditioner. There is a large layer of dirt on the light bulbs. There are constant problems with the front door. The water in the pool is muddy and the tiles are chipped off. The pool is cleaned with a small filter, which is placed right in the middle. On the way to the sea there is a dirty and smelly river that carries all the dirt and garbage into the sea.

The rooms are excellent, lived in 1308. Living room with kitchen. There are dishes. Two separate bedrooms. There is a huge terrace balcony and a second small one. A towel is given out. The breakfasts are varied, you will not stay hungry. Children are entertained by dancing near the pool. The sea is 10-15 minutes away. Past a river that smells bad. A man sits in a tent near the hotel and sells fruits, you can also take things to the laundry. 1 kg -60 baht. It's ready the next day. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to 7/11. You go down to the embankment and walk straight along it. Past restaurants and souvenirs. You can also return back or take a tuk tuk (200 baht)

I had a rest in early March 2024. The hotel is not bad, I read earlier reviews: contradictory as always. But in fact everything turned out well, there were no problems with water, the room was on the 3rd floor, consisting of two rooms: a living room, a bedroom and a terrace.Two TVs, air conditioning, all accessories, hair dryer, bottled water in glass, cleaned every day, towels were changed. The terrace has a great view of the pool. The pool is two-level, of different depths, there is a water slide. Animators worked for children in the pool area, entertained children from the heart every day: foam cannon, dancing, exercises, cartoons. The children were happy. The breakfasts are not bad, but without frills. There are eggs, sausages, ham, chicken drumsticks, cheese, yogurt, fruits, tea, coffee, and local cuisine. You won't stay hungry. The staff is trying hard, there was a Russian-speaking manager. Near the hotel there are cafes, fruit stalls, laundry, massage. The beach is across the street. The road is divided into two directions, two lanes in each direction, a pedestrian crossing, traffic is not very intense, it is not difficult to cross. To the beach along the stinky river. True, there are such rivers all over the beach, but this one is probably the worst. That's why I went swimming at the end of the beach, to the Novotel, there is no wave there, as in the center of the beach. There are also cafes on the beach, massage, 7/11 shop, Big Ci a little further, 2.4 km. I walked there along the beach, then returned to the hotel by taxi, using the in draive app.I left tips for the maid in the room every day, it's customary. The Internet is good both in the room and at the reception. I bought a local card immediately at the airport for 8 days for 300 baht. It was enough for calls, social communication. Networks, mail.Well, everything else is by taxi and go ahead, unless, of course, you manage any kind of transport. There were no jellyfish on the beach, the water was clear, only a little sand was rising.

Good day to all! I'm at the Radisson Hotel right now! We bought the tour in 2 days without reading the reviews and relied on the choice of the tour operator! I would like to warn everyone not to spoil your vacation! Firstly, the Kamala area itself is very boring , the beach is so-so , if you are over 60 , then you can come here ! The hotel is old, to be honest, the hotel is 3 stars, no more, the rooms are dead, the sockets are broken, the floors are swollen, everything is chipped off, broken off! The furniture is dirty everywhere and the reception, and the "restaurant" and in the room - it sits down unpleasant! We changed the number! Thanks to Angelina, the receptionist quickly solved the problem! Also, the breakfasts are terrible - always cold scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and omelette! Cherry cucumber and cheese! A croissant and some other kind of baking!(Tea and coffee, which is free and even it is not particularly tasty ((you can buy cappuccino for 169 baht -norms, you have to buy it every morning! And this is 1,700 baht in 10 days multiplied by the rate of 2.7! And this is only for coffee! At lunch, you can eat in the restaurant on the menu, a good Tom yam and other dishes are not bad, but it takes a very long time to wait! Today there were no towels for the beach at 8 a.m., wait until 9 (that is, if we have plans to go to the beach early before the heat, then this is your problem! We rented a car and it's a salvation of course! We have already visited all the beaches! I recommend the beaches and areas of Surin, bang Tao, Patong, Karon and Kata! I really liked it on Nai Harn! If there are hotels, then we were once at Graceland in Patong, we really liked the 1st line and the chic breakfasts and the territory, there is a gym, a beautiful view of the sea from the pool, cool rooms! And pay attention to the Hilton Hotel on Bang Tao, we haven't been there yet, but we really want to go there now! In general, Bang Tao district is a different Thailand! We lived in this hotel in 2017 and stayed there in 2024. We stayed at this hotel for 13 days, and unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. The stated 5 stars do not correspond to reality at all. The first thing that catches your eye is that the hotel looks tired, and this is also felt in the work of most of the staff. For example, we left a book on the sunbed, and then searched for it for two days, going to the reception three times. The staff only pretended to call and search, but in the end the book was found at the towel counter, where employees are always present. The food didn't work out either: the breakfasts were very meager, the same omelet for all 13 days, which was often served unroasted. Coffee!!! There is no coffee machine in the hotels, and you drink brewed coffee from a thermos, the taste was terrible, and the pastries were always wet — you had to toast croissants in a toaster. I also felt tired in the room: there are no towel hooks in the bathroom, and the shower cabin leaks so that after washing, the floor is completely flooded with water. On the plus side, there were always fruits and working billiards that brightened up the evenings. But the main disadvantages relate to the beach and the road to it. The road is two-lane and very busy, drivers are not inferior to zebra crossing, so it is absolutely dangerous to let the children go alone. The hotel does not have its own sun beds on the beach itself, they need to be rented. There are also two open drainage ditches on the beach that go directly into the water, so we swam only to the left and away from them to avoid the risk of catching an infection. As a result, we will not return here again and we do not recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a high-quality and safe vacation.

A nice quiet hotel, it is clear that the renovation has been done, there are shortcomings, the room itself is spacious for a family with children, the most important thing is that we lived on the ground floor in room 1111, 2 bedrooms and a large living room, with water pressure in the evening from 17 to 19 there was a weak pressure, most likely because of this so many reviews about water, and for sure, the water simply did not rise to the upper floors. We cleaned it every day, we didn't need mosquito fumigators. The staff is friendly and tries to resolve all issues. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, there are restaurants, cafes, sun beds on the beach if you go to the left, that is, the sale of everything you need. In 10-15 minutes there is a 7-Eleven and big C, we walked there, back by taxi or tuk-tuk, there is a market on Mondays and Fridays. We went nearby to Surin beach, where the water is cleaner and the food is cheaper. About 200 baht was given by taxi. There is a point near the hotel where they sell fruits and laundry, fruit prices are the same as in the market +/- 10 baht. The laundry is excellent, everything is neatly folded and smells delicious. Breakfast was included, it's the same every day, but everything you need is there, you shouldn't expect any frills.

It feels like we haven't washed anything in 10 days, and probably didn't do it before our arrival either. Nice, nice hotel. Our room was a huge 120 sQ m, if I'm not mistaken. The children really liked the children's room. They did not swim in the pool, as it was April heat, in order to avoid rotoviruses.
